The staff was very friendly and polite. Dr.Luca was phenomenal and very professional. My boyfriend and I came in for a simple cleaning but found out We needed feel-ins. They where able to do everything in one appointment. Job well done.

Dr. Luka is amazing! We took our 4 yr old here after having a very vague unclear conversation with a pediatric dental office close by about needing sedation for 4 cavities. To have a second opinion and some confirmation we came to Galloway Dental. Dr. Luka was able to fill 2 of them based on her behavior in the same day. He works fast and made us feel very comfortable! He thoroughly explained the extent of the cavities and what needed to be done with the other cavities which put us at much more ease. The amount of detail explained with hygiene has already helped us understand how to improve what we had been doing at home with something as simple as the type of floss (Glide) that allows us to floss much easier for our kids. We have been to many dental offices in the area and have not found the level of care as Galloway Dental. Communication was superb with the staff and as a mother is essential with feeling at ease with care that we can trust. We will be back for all our family's dental needs. So grateful to have this office in our area!

The staff and customer service is absolutely horrible you go there they have you call your insurance to switch everything I had to go to my pediatrician to get Clearance ,for my son's treatments and they didn't even want to call my son's pediatrician to even get clearance they have me do everything that they get paid to do while they sit and talk on the phone. Absolutely a waste of time and money, they take zero effort while they are at work. And they have too many people in there at once, plus make sure you're getting what you pay for, charging medicaid for treatment not performed.

I am so thankful for every single person there ! Starting with TASHA! She works up front and makes you feel so warm from the moment you walk in .! Thank you TASHA ! Alexis is so sweet and knowledgeable she went into great detail with me as far as what my insurance would cover and what we could work out for my Out of pocket ! Mayra in the back ; she was the sweetest ! I'm a wreck at the dentist and she put me to ease IMMEDIATELY. Dr. Rauf! He doesn't know it yet but he's my new bestie ! In all seriousness I'm so so thankful to have found this place !

Only reason why they have high ratings is most likely because they do promotions for their patients. They bribe them with money for each kid if they bring them in. They pick and choose who to kind to. Most of the time give attitude. Sent me back and forth with an orthodontist they referred me to. Turns out the orthodontist couldn't even do what was supposed to be done. Was annoying since I had to keep going back and forth. Decided to just move to another dentist for my kids. Plus they dont social distance and have the room full and crowded. Please find somewhere else as eventually you'll have a bad experience.

Wow! This dental experience was outstanding!! Dental assistant JEANETTE LITERALLY TREATED MY KIDS AS HER OWN and will make your teeth SHINE BRIGHT LIKE A . She Is 1 of the BEST i have EVER seen since i was a child!! She provided a fun and safe environment for my boys. My 7yr said he loved her and can we come back tomorrow?. Dr. Rauf was extremely knowledgeable and open to questions. He gave detailed instructions on what was going on with their mouth in a way that didn't leave me confused. Thanks doc lol. SANDRA FRONT OFFICE ADMIN streamlined the paperwork process. Herself an assistant Martin were so welcoming and sweet , it felt like I were friends before which is great considering the fact that this was our FIRST APPOINTMENT HERE!! They will see us again just not tomorrow ty team.

Mrs Kelly Dr Rauf is a gentle dentist and explains things great....and he removed a white Spot off my front tooth that was there for over 45 years .... he did awesome job.
