I love this Office!! , This is my first time coming to this office and let me start that the Front Receptionist area is very tidy, The registration process is very streamlined, staff very courteous , The office inside and out are exquisite, the patient rooms just as follows "exquisite". I was given a very good well needed teeth cleaning and was administered X-rays all in the same appointment. I felt like my dentist and staff are very knowledgeable , welcoming , professional and I look forward to my next appointment.

Got to give this dental group five stars my dad came here with the problem with his teeth he got a quick evaluation X-rays and within a week his teeth were extracted thank you Dr Patel and everyone at the office. Appreciate everyone's time and help. I can highly recommend this dental office and Dr Patel to all my family and friends. Thanks

Amazing visit. In and out in no time. Sheryl was amazing, I usually hate the dentist but she made the experience very pleasant.

Today work had kept me 30 minutes over my scheduled leave time causing me to show up 10 minutes late for an appointment and was denied service. I was told I could reschedule and just walked out. I've showed up 15 minutes early for appointments and even had to wait 30-40 minutes to be seen and yet my 10 minutes threw off their entire schedule. I mean I hope that 10 minutes was worth it because not only did they lose me, they lost my family. New appointments with a new dentist has already been arranged. On another note, my wife has had 3 different Dentists in this office. Her first dentist said her mouth was fine. Second one said she needed surgery "immediately, within the next 3 months" or there would be some pretty severe consequences(this was said over 2 years ago). The last one, again, stated her teeth were acceptable. Lastly is a billing issue I've had with them. I set up and appointment to get fillings done. I've never in my life paid for fillings as my insurance has always covered it so I didn't think to even ask. They did my fillings only to accost me with a bill over $100 on my way out the door. They would have known about this cost when they called me to schedule the appointment so why was it never mentioned? I find it odd that you'd basically force a client to pay up after the work is done without notification of a charge. Extortion? So yea, today was just the straw that broke the camel's back. Caveat Emptor.

Dr. Sagen is phenomenal! The office staff are super friendly and helpful! Very comfortable, relaxed atmosphere.

Was referred to Dr. Sagan by an orthodontist that cares more about my teeth than I do. Dr. Sagan is the same. The list of people I would recommend to others fits on two hands and Dr. Sagan and his staff take up two fingers of that. Everybody I've encountered there is pleasant, patient, and competent which is a rare combination these days.
