Dr. Clarinda Lau earned her DDS degree from Loma Linda University where she was an ASSISTANT PROFESSOR/CLINICAL INSTRUCTORin the School of Dentistry as well. She is married to Peter Joseph Lau, a Clinical Lab Scientist in Loma Linda University Medical Center. They love living here in the beautiful City of Temecula with their only son, Matthew. They built this practice with the vision of fulfilling the best dental service to the community. GallerySmiles Dental Care is a state of the art and family-owned dental practice. Dr. Lau's passion for Art inspired her to call her practice GallerySmiles. Her hobbies include oil painting, playing the piano and the culinary arts! When asked about what a perfect dental experience is, this is how she responded:
'As you walk into my office, you will be greeted by your first name. You will never be treated like a chart number but a patient who needs dental healthcare. I am here to actually listen to what you have got to say. I feel that I am privileged enough to be your dentist. With this in mind, I will make sure that you are fully educated on your treatment. I believe that if you are well- informed, you and I will be able to make good decisions about your dental health. I do not take for granted that you have chosen me to manage your care. Dr. Lau and her staff are wonderful with my daughter. We've been seeing Dr. Lau for three years now. My daughter is now 6. It had been several years since I had been seen by a dentist who is very hands on. Usually, the hygienist does most of the appointment. Not here. Dr. Lau gets in there herself, and it's very refreshing.

Dr Lau was very calm. Organized. Quick and painless. I had a crown replacement done. She has a very gentle and reassuring manner. The whole experience was better than expected. It's the day after and still absent of pain. Lucky me.

I've been coming to GallerySmiles for probably 8 years of so and have always had a great experience here, yes even that 2 hour marathon session. The staff are always friendly and caring as well as highly competent. Dr Lau herself is wonderful, calm organized caring. She will always give you a warm sense of security even if she's telling you that you need a root canal, 3 crowns and 2 filings all at the same time! I highly recommend GallerySmiles!

Few years ago I was looking for a new Dentist and I was always nervous because I did not have some great experiences with the other Dentists in the past but Dr. Lau turned out to be fantastic. She explained everything what I had on the first visit's exam. She listened and respected what I said. Not only she answered every question I had, she also showed me the technique how to keep my gum healthy and sparkling. She is supportive, has been very accommodating and easy to work with. Unlike other places I've been, I've always felt welcome at her office by her and her staff. They are very friendly and helpful. After seeing many different Dentists I can say Dr Lau and her team are the best I've seen. I have to say, the results of my treatment have been great so far - beside my healthy gum, I finally feel like I can smile without being embarrassed again (especially at my age). One more think, to me she is the one who knows how to do the cleaning job, it doesn't hurt at all! If you need a Dentist, I wouldn't hesitate to call Dr. Lau - she's awesome!

Dr lau is amazing! Very personable, quality work, and works with your schedule. She never leaves you waiting around. Your appt time is your appt time! Dr lau even called my sons orthodontist for me when they damaged his tooth after removing his braces. The orthodontist denied the damage to me, but she backed me up with pictures and her professional opinion. Awesome, honest dentist! I cant recommend her highly enough. Choose her and you will not be disappointed! Her staff is amazing as well, very polite and friendly, and someone always answers the phone. Imagine that! My family has been her patients for 3 years and we'll never go anywhere else.

Dr. Lau and her staff are caring, friendly and a group of very skillfully trained professionals. I entrust them to treat 3 generations of our family...me, my kids and my grandkids with the utmost quality of care, concern and service from general teeth cleaning and basic exams to more extensive root canals and crowns. She is the first dentist we have found in the Riveside Co. and San Bernardino Co. that offers quality family dental services and accepts our insurance. Dr. Lau is kind and patient, she takes time to explain procedures and to listen to the patients' cares and concerns. Before coming to her office I had given up on dentist because of past bad experiences with untrained and uncaring dental practices. But she has both restored my "SMILE" :-) and my trust in the dentistry profession! Thank you Dr. Lau for being such an awesome person and dentist who goes above and beyond the call of duty...we appreciate you!!!
