Emily Carley, DMD grew up in Charleston, South Carolina. She left the Low Country to attend Rice University in Houston, Texas, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry & Cell Biology.

He went on to earn a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in Alton, Illinois and continued his education by completing a one-year General Practice Residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
He serves as Section Head of General Dentistry in the General Practice Residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where he also holds medical staff privileges. He is also an adjunct professor at UIC College of Dentistry.
