Dr. Lam and his incredible staff, got us in very last minute yesterday (Friday afternoon) for a semi-urgent baby tooth extraction. I am so grateful for the whole experience. Dr. Lam was fantastic with my 5 yo and knew how to put him at ease. I would definitely recommend and we will be coming back.

Dr. Lam is not only an excellent pediatric dentist but also incredibly patient with children. He takes the time to explain what he will do, which tools he will use and helps kids deal with any anxiety they may have. He is also very kind and personable. We have been coming here for 6 years and totally recommend him.

You never really know how awful your previous dentist was until you've experienced the gentleness of Dr. Lam. Our kids used to dread going to our previous dentist, who seemed to take pleasure in torturing our kids. Gallery if Little Smiles is paradise compared to the dungeon we used to go to.

My daughters have been seeing Dr. Lam for several years. We are very happy with his personalized approach and great bedside manners. The staff is very friendly, the office is beautiful, very clean and hardly any wait. We will definately continue being his patients. Thank you Dr. Lam and group

Both my kids have been seeing Dr. Lam since we moved to Florham Park 5 years ago, and we absolutely love the practice! Dr. Lam and his staff are so nice and welcoming to the kids, yet very thorough with us as parents to know what's happening during and post appointment (such as things to do at home and what to expect at our next appointments. Dentists in general can sometimes be scary, especially for kids, but both my kids love Dr. Lam and enjoy visiting him!! They are wonderful and I'm so glad we went with them from the beginning!

Dr. Lam is great! He thoroughly explains what needs to be done and doesn't rush through our scheduled appointment time. He gives my son the quality care he deserves.

Dr Lam and his office have removed the horror of previous dental appointments from our youngest. It used to be draining for all involved. His patient care is top notch and our son always leaves happy and bragging about how well he did. Overall very satisfied with our experiences there

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Lam for a few years. She absolutely loves going and asks to return quite frequently. Dr. Lam not only provides excellent care, but he and his staff create a great, fun experience. The office waiting area is colorful, clean, and filled with activities for kids. Everyone is friendly and helpful to both adults and children. I am so glad my daughter's dentist appointments are fun outings! I wish I had had the same experiences as a child.

Dr. Lam is fantastic with the kids! He makes them comfortable and teaches them at the same time. The fact that my kids look forward to going to the dentist says a lot!!
