This is by far the most expensive dentist I've been to! I was charged for three x-rays/CT scans In a 4 month span. I also had many other unexpected things seem to happen.(tooth pulled when i didn't have any issue with that area, needing a pulp cap but not being told until after and then shortly after needing a root canal. This seems like a great place for cosmetic dentistry. I went there for close to three years and I am officially done.

I first went to Dr Dryke about a year ago, and she said that I should have a filling redone. So sure, I did, and then bite was off, which of course is normal. I went back, and she adjusted it and I tried it, and it was still off. Two or three times (over the course of a year) I went back, and it is to this day still not right. The tooth's shape on that side is way different from the tooth on the other side, like the points of the tooth are placed differently, and way bigger. The bottom teeth don't fit right against it, and it is frequently painful. The pressure of chewing is placed on the wrong points, and it feels like the tooth is going to break. At the first appointment I had set up to get a custom mouthguard made, which just made this tooth even more painful, even after the mouthguard was adjusted, until I stopped wearing it. The last time I went for both a cleaning and to adjust the bite again, she spent about thirty seconds with the dremel, grinding away fast until I indicated it had started to hurt, then did not even bother to recheck the bite (though I was done at this point, it shouldn't have hurt!). I had also mentioned I could feel a ridge on that tooth where it felt like the filling had perhaps lifted or something, and she felt a completely different part of the tooth and said it was fine and that unless the floss frayed there was no issue. I went home and took a picture that shows either a crack or a very easily-seen delineation between the filling and the tooth. This may or may not be an issue, but I was surprised that no one noticed it. She also mentioned that how I am still in pain may be an indication of the tooth dying, and to come back if it starts being sensitive to heat and they would do a root canal. I just hope that I can stand the pain until the pandemic improves so that I can try out a different dentist, and hopefully the tooth hasn't been messed up beyond repair. I've had good and bad dentists before, but haven't had to go back four times for a tooth and still have it not correct.

On my last appointment I did not care for the way the assistant treated me. Understand that about 80 % of the treatment was not done by Dr. Dryke and she of course is excellent. But I would ask for a more experienced assistant for my next visit. Thanks

The lady who cleaned my teeth did a very good job. She was very pleasant. I only rate them 4 stars because almost every other time I go there it seems like there's some surgery I need to do with my teeth. Maybe that's just my fault though.

I've moved a lot for my job and have been to plenty of dental clinics across the state along the way. I was super impressed with everyone I interacted with at this office, from the office staff to my hygienist to the dentist herself. They were super welcoming and made the whole process easy and painless. I'll definitely come back.

Sara was efficient and thorough in her evaluation and cleaning. She checked me out and had everything set up for Dr. Dryke to take a look. Fast and professional across the board.

Hands down the best customer service at a dentist I have experienced. They deliver care in a way you don't even know you would have wanted at a dentist. Chair massage, beautiful scenery on a tv screen, great music choices, a warmed blanket if you're chilled, even something as simple as a happy birthday text are just a few ways how they go above and beyond. Advice for care is professional and they break it down in understandable terms. The facility itself is clean, organized, and you can tell the attention to detail that was put into the function of their every day process. The work on my teeth has been top quality. They continue to provide great service and I will continue to go back to Dr. Dryke. She is knowledgable in every way and provides great advice. The same goes for the Dental Hygienist Jocelyn, she is gentle and efficient all at the same time. They are all kind and smiling from the moment you walk in the door to when you walk out with your goodie bag that includes a new toothbrush and toothpaste. :)

Dr Dryke temporarily fixedmy broken tooth in an extremely timely and proficient way. I feel so much better! Looking forward to getting my crown done next week, with all the work done on the same day. The membership insurance is amazing, and not only discounts my dental work, but provided free emergency service. Better than any insurance I've ever had, plus friendly and excellent care. HIGHLY recommended.
