Doctor Evelyn does such amazing work I was literally terrified of the dentist until I met her my front teeth were basically destroyed and she literally make my smile look brand new again

Absolutely horrible. Walked out. Filthy. Rusty instruments. Don't go there!!! It is the worst! I could not let them treat my child with those items. They claimed they were clean even with rust clearly on them.

Most horrible place to ever go. Was seen on Wednesday and was given a referral to an oral surgeon. No name on the referral along with zero information. In the meantime they said they would call me in an antibiotic and pain medication as tooth has an infection. Nothing was called in to the pharmacy and after several calls over multiple days still nothing. Called again to see why and they said if I really need an antibiotic that bad go to the ER or urgent care. So I wasted 2 1/2 hours sitting at the dentist for nothing? This place is horrible and they judge you on your insurance and race. The receptionist there are not friendly at all. How has this place never been investigated for all the wrongdoings? Do not go there. RUN from this place!

They are the only ones who take Medicaid otherwise I wouldn't be caught dead going there.I have jaw pain because one of my fillings came out and my jaw is misaligned.All they did on the first visit after I waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen after my scheduled appointment was x-rays and tapping with a metal instrument on all my teeth to see if I have any pain.Who does that?? I have been to many dentists before and nobody did that.Then they scheduled me for another appointment in two weeks and those were two weeks of hell.Yes,they are as bad as the reviews say.

I had been here for cleaning. At first, I hav bern told that I will pay $100 and They will do all cleaning done at one session I went there at my appointment date. The doctor started cleaning. She spent barely 10 minutes and then said that I would need one session more and maybe an other session too to makke the cleaning fully done which is $300 for cleaning. I found an other place out of the town. $59 cleaning and examination. Seek for other places on google map.Find a decent place with honest people. You dont need them, They need you !!

My regular dentist office that I use to go to closed down and my insurance company referred me to this place. I've been experiencing severe pain and they did nothing! They told me to call the next morning at 9 am for a referral and they kept when I did they told me to call another time. When I called the next time it seems as if they blocked me from calling the office and I honestly wasn't even rude on the phone at all considering how much pain I was in and how slow they were with getting me a referral. Don't go here!!

5 months plus to get an appointment. Once there waiting non end, atleast an hr post appointment. Appointments and times are never respected.

The staff is unprofessional. The receptionist was incapable of doing her task and poor attitude. When you go inside the doctor was not welcoming nor did a good job. It felt as nothing was done. The doctors have no passion to help the people with their dental. Don't waste your time, your money or insurance.

Had an appointment for 1 pm, along with five other people in the office. After waiting two hours and being told several times that only one was ahead of me, I decided to leave. The whole time I was there they only called one person there were people standing no space at all to have that many people having the same appointment time. Had to wait one month just two wait and not be seen anyway. Don't waste your time!!!

This is the absolute worst dentist in orange county and the dental office staff are bold face LIARS!!! I called to schedule 3 appointments for family members and advised them I had a broken tooth. I had to wait 3 months for an appointment when I arrived 15 min early with my husband and daughter for 3 back to back appointments they advised me they were 2 hours behind and we would have to wait . I advised them that my husband was on his lunch break from work and that this was unacceptable. They should have called me to reschedule. The office staff became nasty and said just because I made an appointment doesn't mean I should expect to be seen at that time. I walked out and filed a complaint with my insurance. My insurance advised me the office staff claims we were late and that's why we could not be seen! Total A holes. AVOID

Unprofessional these people take covid a joke here. First time and last time their was no 6 feet apart they also did not check anyone entering their temperature or had them sign any paper so don't waste your time or money. Great expression is better.

Office tends to reschedule unexpectedly and yet when one calls back on there open office hours all you get is a busy signal they honestly need to work on there administrative front office skills... not sure they know how to handle their high demands in this area!!!

If I could give this office a zero, I would. I was forced to bring my grandchildren to this office because of their insurance. The associates are in no way are capable of treating children. They were mean and cruel to them. They have a terrible bedside manner and no patience. I then made the mistake of bringing my grandchildren there a second time. Only to have them treated just as bad as the first time. I will be reporting them to the insurance company and will never bring my family there again.

Terribly unprofessional, you'll know right away from the apauling phone etiquete. Waited a month for appointment to be cancelled, within 24 hours of my appointment.
