Dr. Gallerano earned his DDS degree, graduating as valedictorian from Louisiana State University dental school in New Orleans in 1972. He served in the United States Navy as a Dental Officer for two years immediately following graduation. After his honorable discharge, he enrolled in the orthodontic residency program at the University of Washington in Seattle, where he received his Masters of Science Degree in 1976. His Master's thesis examined crowding of the lower front teeth, ten years or more after completion of treatment. He subsequently moved back to Houston, where he was in private practice until 2010. In 1981 he opened his Santa Fe office, which is now his primary office.

The American Dental Association (ADA), American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), and state and local dental societies have been a part of his professional affiliations since he was able to belong. He served on multiple committees and held multiple offices in the Greater Houston Dental Society. In addition, he was a founding member and has continued to be actively involved in the Bayou City Orthodontic Study Club since it 's inception in 1981. From 1989 to 1994 , he served on the AAO Council on Scientific Affairs. He has won numerous awards for clinical cases in the 'Texas Tweed' study club, and served as its president during the name transition to 'Texas Orthodontic Study Club' in 2005. He has given presentations to that study group and also to the Southwestern Society or Orthodontists and has had the honor of lecturing at the national AAO meetings in 2007, 2011, 2016, 2017 & 2019. In 2021, Dr. Ron Gallerano was awarded the Martin Dewey Award, which is the highest honor of the Southwest Society of Orthodontists (SWSO), recognizing outstanding contributions and advancements to the field of Orthodontics.

Dr. Natalie Gallerano Willis is thrilled to be joining her fathera special mentor to her in both her personal life and her Orthodontic education--in his orthodontic practice. Dr. Willis was raised in West Houston and is a graduate of Stratford High School. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Plan II Honors program at The University of Texas at Austin, she returned home to Houston to pursue her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at The University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston. She went on to obtain her Master of Science degree and her Orthodontic Specialty Certificate from the UT School of Dentistry, as well.

Dr. Willis is currently undergoing the rigorous process of becoming board-certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. After achieving top scores on the first of two required examinations this year, she is looking forward to completing the process with her second examination in 2022. Despite her Longhorn roots, she has been married to Texas A&Ms proudest graduate and biggest fan for almost 7 years. She and her husband, Albert, love to travel, cook, and explore Houston with their Rough Collie. While she especially loves the unique challenge of orthodontic treatment planning and the detail-oriented work of creating beautiful smiles, Dr. Willis favorite part of practicing orthodontics is getting to invest in the lives of her patients and their families. Dr. Gallerano Willis looks forward to serving the Santa Fe community and contributing to the excellence and integrity that has long characterized Gallerano Orthodontics.

Being a treatment coordinator gives me the opportunity to meet and introduce our patients and their families to Dr. Gallerano and our amazing team. I feel so fortunate that I play a part in giving our patients a gift for a lifetime - a healthy and beautiful smile. I enjoy traveling, cooking, music, and dance. My husband, David, and I have two children and two grandsons. We enjoy fishing, boating, and traveling with our family and friends. We also are busy parents to an 8 year old lab named Emmett.

A great smile brings confidence - that is why I love orthodontics so much. I have been in the dental field on and off since high school with 25 years in orthodontics. I cannot wait to meet you all and get to know you personally! I am a grandmother, Doh Doh, of 6, mother of 2 boys and a real animal enthusiast - with 4 dogs and a cat at home! God has blessed me with this new adventure.

I am originally from the League City area, but I am now a resident of Santa Fe along with my husband and our two little boys,, the loves of my life.I enjoy being outdoors with my family whether it be hunting, fishing or swimming at the lake.I have been in the dental field for more than twelve years, eight of those in orthodontics. I am wearing braces now as an adult. I look forward to making you feel right at home when you come to our office!

I am a Mom and wife which keeps me busy at home.I have sixteen years of orthodontic experience and expertise that enable me to meet my goal of making every patient leave the office with a smile.Outside of the office I enjoy our Labradoodle and being outdoors with my family

In high school, I wore braces and have always been fascinated with the mechanics behind producing beautiful smiles. After college I entered the orthodontic field and have 20+ years experience. Having held different positions during that time, my favorite is that of a Clinical Assistant. Children are my passion and I love interacting with them while helping to create their beautiful smiles. I live in Clear Lake, but my husband was raised in Santa Fe. In my free time I enjoy playing tennis, running and creating things. Im also involved with mission work in Africa, coaching Special Olympics and mentoring children from the Third Ward. My two girls and their two husbands are the loves of my life.

I have been working as an orthodontic assistant for 28 years, ten of which I worked for Dr. Gallerano.Im grateful to be back. Ive enjoyed orthodontics and seeing the end result of these beautiful smiles.. My husband and I have an athletic son who keeps us busy along with our Kettle Corn business that we just started. We like to salt-water fish and spend time at the beach. What I enjoy most about those previous activities is spending time with my family. The other part of our 'family' are two Labs and three cats.

I was born and raised in Santa Fe, but recently moved back home two years ago. I have been in the Orthodontic field for 14 years. I find it very rewarding helping patients feel more confident with their smile. I am a mother of 2 wonderful boys. I love spending time outside of the office with my family and friends. I also enjoy the beach, camping, running, hiking and anything outdoors.
