Reason for my 1star and this bad review. Is on behalf of my mother, who went to gallemore dental on the 2nd of November, 2022 for 4 tooth extraction, the care within this dental office was handle very unprofessional and it blows my mind, how a dentist would send my mother home with no antibiotic after have 4 TEETH REMOVED! (I just had a tooth extract done and I definielty recall my dentist sending me home with antibiotic for my recovery) well that didn't happened for her, instead they wrote her a prescription for ibuprofen instead, it's a shock! My mother oral care after this was not handled correctly in my opinion, now we're on 9th of November and we just got back from seeing a different dentist here yuma, and was told that the dentist at gallemore should of given her antibiotics and not only that, that the dentist should have pulled a different tooth that was cause discomfort. I would NEVER recommend this dental office to any family or friends! My mother has filled a complaint to banner access insurance, about this issue. So if you want fast work done with a huge price (in my opinion) then gallemore is the place.

Under normal circumstances I do not leave reviews but the bad customer service experience I had was enough of a reason to do so. I had made an appointment to get some work done on my teeth over a month ago, I gave my insurance info and everything seemed fine since I never got a call about any problems and only received text messages about my upcoming appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early as was asked to do so and while signing up the receptionist told me that I did not have dental as part of my insurance. I did but called my insurance just to make sure since the only other option I was given was to pay cash instead. There was a bit of a mix up with the insurance, I will accept, but it was only a matter of changing the company that was to cover my claim, my member ID and everything remained about the same. I was still in the premises, the call was no longer than 10 to 15 minutes when I came back with the corrections that needed to be done and was told that now I had to reschedule. All of this could have been fixed had they told me about the error sooner. Not only that but the receptionist was also very rude to other patients that were before me and one of them even asked to talk to the manager while I was still in line. No matter how good the actual dental services are, which sadly I can not even talk about because I did not receive, the customer service experience should also be a part of the entire service provided and sadly for me and the people that were in front of me at the time that was not the case. Took my daughter in for 2 tooth extractions. Dr. Markle was absolutely amazing. He was so gentle and great bedside manners. His assistant, sorry, didn't get her name was so friendly and so sweet. I 100% recommend going here. Thank you all for the great experience. By the way I have taken my other 2 kids a couple weeks. Just had one slight issue with my son during his cleaning (he'll be fine) but it was a great service all around.
