Alisha is a 2007 Galesville-Ettrick-Trempealeau graduate. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2011 from Drake University in Des Moines. While at Drake, Dr. Alisha completed a research project regarding the Nature v Nurture effect in zebra finches which was presented as her senior thesis project. Instead of pursuing research, she decided to attended University of Louisville School of Dentistry and graduated in 2016. In the summer of 2015, she completed a 4-week externship in Hazard, Kentucky. After graduation, Dr. Alisha worked for Scenic Bluffs Health Care Center in Viroqua for a year. While there, she learned firsthand about patient management and working with children and special needs patients. At Galesville Dental, Dr. Alisha is the Invisalign provider.
Garet was born and raised here in Galesville, WI and graduated from Galesville-Ettrick-Trempealeau High School in 2003. He attended University of Notre Dame where he received a B.A. in Psychology. Dr. Koxlien completed his dental schooling in Louisville, Kentucky, and graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2012. Dr. Koxlien furthered his dental education by completing his Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency program at Sewells Point Naval Dental Clinic in Norfolk, VA.
Dr. Garet is a member of the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, and the Tri-County Dental Association. Dr. Garet is currently serving as the Secretary and Treasurer of the Tri-County Dental Association.
Dr. Garet served for five years in the United States Navy as a Dental Officer. He was able to achieve the rank of Lieutenant. He was stationed at Naval Station Norfolk Sewells Point Dental Clinic in Norfolk, VA, Marine Corps Air Station in Iwakuni, Japan, and Great Lakes Naval Station in North Chicago, IL. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
