I love the staff and the doctor at this clinic. Very prompt and courteous with their service. Improvements that they could make: 1. Have Friday hours available to serve the clients. 2. And for regular dental cleaning: have the doctor review the Xrays before the client leaves, because dental hygienists are nice but they are not dentists to review the Xray thoroughly, and as a client I shouldn't have to feel like I never got seen by my dentist in a timely fashion.

I have spent most life hiding from the dentist. The staff and Dr Filbrum are the most friendly and professional people. I have had several root canals and crowns done here.. my wife as well is a client. The work is amazing, quick and efficient. They came highly recommended to me, and I will only recommend them to my family and friends. The best!!!

Always a great visit. I recently switched to this new dentist about one year ago when mine was closed due to Covid. I'm glad I made the switch, as there was a massive amount of tartar buildup below my gumline that just wasn't being cleaned properly. Each cleaning it's getting better and better and my gums are no longer bleeding and just as a whole a healthier set of teeth. Very happy and recommend to any others

Dr. Filbrun and his staff are great! The only dentist I've ever been to who makes me feel like he is interested in the health of my teeth and gums, while keeping in mind my wallet!

Dr. Filbrun is fantastic. Probably my favorite dentist I have ever had. However, the 3 star is because of billing issues. First off, beware, you are expected to know your exact max out of pocket and to keep track of it on your own and know your remaining balance. While this may seem typical, I have spoken to many other people and they say their dentists offices make patients aware of how much benefit they have before services are rendered. Secondly, procedures will come with estimates that are not accurate. After services were rendered, the billing estimate changed every time and I was charged additional money out of pocket because the insurance company refused coverage on small things like the type of crown that was used. You won't know this until you receive a bill in the mail months later. You never end up having the option to choose something that is covered. I am sure the crown used was of better quality and I probably would have chosen it anyways, but that should be made known so I can have the choice up front versus no choice and a bill months later. Thirdly, know your coverage on cleanings and be clear not to have small extras performed. My cleanings included additional xrays that were not cavity checks, and a dental check-up was charged for Dr. Filbrun to look at the xray screen and not my mouth. This added 150 dollars to a basic cleaning service (around 50 dollars per xray and 50 dollars for the checkup). The dental hygienist does not know what your insurance will cover, so do not expect her to. I have very good dental insurance, and 1 root canal, a crown, and 2 cleanings exceeded my maximum benefit. I was out of pocket 20% for services on the root canal, crown and cleaning (around $500-600) + services denied coverage by insurance after services rendered + (around $50-100) + (around $150) for services that exceeded my maximum benefit. Again, Filbrun is a wonderful person, love the guy. The assistants and front secretary are wonderful people, but the person in charge of billing was not so kind when I spoke with her on the phone. She was very insensitive and basically blamed me for all the additional costs. She informed me it is my responsibility to keep track of everything, and my responsibility to tell secretaries I want to wait until insurance has cleared coverage on services before having any work done, and my fault for allowing extra services on cleanings I didn't know would exceed my benefit. To be fair, she did grant a 50% reduction on the fees that exceeded my maximum benefit, because I complained about not knowing I had exceeded my benefit, and I did ask the Hygienist on the second cleaning to please not do anything that would not be covered. However, I felt it was a little rude to then tell me both verbally, in a letter, and on the bill that this was a "1 time courtesy being granted." Costly lessons learned, so I hope this reaches people and brings awareness, so it doesn't happen to others. Oh and this review has been edited because the initial review was asked for in the office by an assistant where she literally took my phone from me and gave 5 stars. I didn't worry about it much because I would have given 5 stars at that time, but after the billing issues, I can't go above 3.

Clean, warm , and welcoming environment from the moment you walk in the door . Im looking forward to getting my smile back again and i know that im well on my way now that ive found dr. Filburn , hes patient , kind ,respectful, and non judgmental. I would highly recommend him this office and the staff has been a great experience. Thankful

I have been coming for about two years now. The staff is always friendly and helpful, as is Dr. Filbrun. I've had fillings and a crown done, and anytime something doesn't feel right they adjust it until it feels right. I can highly recommend coming here!
