The entire team was courteous, professional, and kind to both my son and I. From the moment my son checked in to receiving the end-of-treatment patient report from Dr. Santiago, the high level of customer service and communication was consistent. This is our experience at every appointment.

They love kids!!! I so appreciate they time they take to care for my son who isn't very dentist friendly. They calm his anxiety and have the patience it takes to make the experience a better and happier one. Love Gale Ranch Pediatric Dental!

Amazing staff! I wouldn't go anywhere else! They took such great care of my daughter and made her experience great. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist. You will not be disappointed.

My son (which just turned 3) had an appointment today. He was really excited to go. I was a little nerves because at his doctors appointments he cries as soon as we start walking into the room. But he did really good. The waiting room has toys, a coloring table with coloring paper and crayons, a TV, and they even have a Touch screen like tv for them to play while they wait. We didn't have to wait a long time. They called him right away. Once he was in the chair they explained all the stuff they were going to use for his cleaning and fluoride every tool. Once they were done they gave him a sticker and asked if they can take four pictures (xrays) which my son said yes. His mouth was starting to get tired after the second one. They didn't push him any further. They just said they can take the rest at his next cleaning. They gave him a balloon and a prize and a backpack with goodies for his teeth. They were all so good with him from the receptionist to the ladies in the back. I really recommend Gale Ranch pediatric dental.
