Dr. Ching, Dr. Ma, Susan, Huong, Alex, Jose, the office staff and the entire team at Gale Ranch Dental provide exemplary, high quality dental care. They are extremely professional, dedicated, committed to safety, and patient comfort. There is wonderful collaboration with the patient and entire care team at all stages! Very responsive to immediate dental needs, and patient centered care is very important to Dr. Ching and her team! It is very easy to get an immediate appointment if you have a dental emergency! You will be taken care of! They will help you save your teeth! State of the art equipment and superb, clean treatment environment! I love this dental practice! Glad I selected Gale Ranch Family Dental for my dental care!

Dr. Lily is absolutely sweet. She has sympathetic bedside manners. Takes the time to listen intently without interrupting & is very attentive to any questions or concerns. She is very friendly, very patient & has a sense of humor to ease you through any of the services. I have been seeing her for four years and have never once been dissatisfied with her services, even on days where you are her last appointment for the day & she has been on her toes for the most part. Mandy, who has been my hygienist for the longest partners up with Dr. Lily beautifully. They make a delightful team. Mandy's level of service is beyond reproach. She is gentle, extremely patient & caring, offers great advice in regards to everyday dental care.

Two time bad experience with the family dental's insurance handling. My two kids have been with the Gale Ranch pediatric and then the orthodontics for ~10 years. We have been very happy with both. My daughter got referred to the family dental by the orthodontics for a special procedure 4 years ago, and recently referred by the pediatric for wisdom teeth removal consultation. For the 4 year ago procedure, they over charged me for about $1500 (don't remember exact amount but at that scale) because they thought the insurance would not cover, and thus never bother to submit a claim! I had to call them multiple times and even went in in person to finally got them to submit a claim. It turned out the insurance did cover most of the expenses! Finally I was refunded, but very unhappy that I had to spent so much time on it. Then fast forward to this month, when booking the consultation, we were told it would be covered by insurance or it's complimentary, but after the visit, we were charged $75. I called to complaint but they insisted the charge is valid. I would not send my kids to their family dental after graduating from their pediatric and orthodontics.

After 4 hours of surgery( morning 9.30 am) , we tried to connect with Doctor as his Bleeding did not stop and he felt blackout once when he went to bathroom by himself. But after giving all details to the 2 call center repeatedly 4/5 times, the doctor never called us back , though the call center person said that the doctor will call us back within 40 mins. At end, around 8 pm in the night, one doctor called checking how is the Patient, which is the end of the day. My question is -why there was no on call doctor through out the day for handling emergency cases though the surgeon had given us 2 phone numbers, for any emergency? Overall bad experience!

I had my fillings and tooth extraction done at Gale ranch and all I can say is everyone is just awesome. I'm still seeing the orthodontist for braces now. Customer service is top notch and I'm happy with their services. My family will always go to Gale ranch for their dental services. Special thanks to Dr. Kai Lei, Dr. Chang and the entire team for they go out of their way to make sure I am well taken care of. Thank you.

I suffer from extreme dental anxiety and I would like to thank Dr Glants and the staff for treating me very well. Dr Glants took the time to explain what happened in my appointment and provide a treatment plan for the future. I greatly appreciated the time and kindness that was provided to me.

I had mostly great experience with the office. In the beginning they consulted on everything. Lately they don't even show X-rays or photos with me. I am regular in cleaning and maintenance. Still ended up having to have unwarranted procedure last month. I don't know if this is due to latest fillings. I am disappointed that the team didn't see this infection might be coming to my crown even after I visiting this office multiple times in the last six months. One last thing, this office requests 50% deposit upfront. Please treat us with service mindset and not with a business mindset. I am ended up canceling some procedure. The billing department person won't return my deposit still.

I had a dental fillings procedure today. I felt the whole experience was rush and rough. It caused me feeling stress during the procedure. Furthermore, there is no followup on what I should or should not do after the procedure. (E.g. should I eat afterward? If not, when can I eat again? How do I take care of the it? , etc) This made me feel a little uncomfortable when I left the office. On the other hand, the dental cleaning procedure I had today was wonderful. I had a great experience with it.

Terrible experience at the oral surgeon office for Gale Ranch Dental. Avoid them!! Not an insurance issue, but rude employee (insurance coordinator) at the oral surgery office.

Took both of my insurance. The work is excellent. Great team. Came in for a cleaning and Roger found a broken filling and squeezed me in. He is quick. Was out of there in no time.
