My son had several visits to Zhana, she just looked at his teeth and promised to do everything, and in the end sent him to a specialist. Now my son has an emergency situation, thanks to Zhana!!! A real doctor will never do that, especially with a child!!! Such a doctor should be deprived of his license !!! Don't waste your time and money on them!!!

AMAZING service here! The dentist is one of the kindest and best i've ever encountered and the lady at the front desk. Lolla I believe her name was, is very professional, kind, and helping. She set up everything for me in seconds and is great with small talk. I appreciate all that this place has done for me. My teeth are more perfect than ever.

Very very unprofessional front desk especially Marina, they need to educate on how to deal with customers. I called in for my lost oral surgeon referral slip and the front desk lady marina was very rude and not ready to talk to doctor and get the referral name again, instead she kept saying, I don't who that is and which clinic and was not helping in providing any information . 2nd time, when I called in for rescheduling she was very rude, 3rd time I called in to say I will be 10 mins late, and she was not accepting, then I said I will try to come in on time, she was like, no you cannot make it on time and trying to argue for no reason and very rude. Staff needs to learn on how to be polite and make things work. I would never go to galaxy dental again in my life. On top of that Zhana did not do the cleaning instead her assistant was doing while I booked for zhana appointment.

OMG, I called the galaxy dental because my front tooth chipped. They found a space for me the next day. I came earlier because we don't have a car living in downtown and have to use train, they took me earlier. Best service I can ever expect, thank you dental galaxy, thank you Ganna (Zhanna) , thank you reception lady and Ganna's (Zhanny) help assistant. I was laughing on a chair when they worked on my tooth. Don't even know how to say thank you guys because going to dentist is scaring, but you made it easy and pleasant. Love you!!!THANK YOU!!!

Very unprofessional dentists from Ukraine works here, i don't know where they got their certificates but what they've done is horrible. My implant which they done cracked and broke after one year. Also cavities which they suggested to fix wasn't cavities at all. Because i asked about it in other dental office they told me that there is no cavities. All they care is how to make money from their clients. Your health depends on you and specialists you choose. Be careful and avoid this place.

Very cozy and clean dental office. Dr. Krasyuk was very professional and caring. Everything explained in details. Julia cleaned my teeth really gentle and throughly. Highly recommended.
