It's my pleasure to provide this positive review to the kindest, most compassionate, and most skilled and gifted dentist that I have ever experienced. I grew up neglecting my teeth so I avoid the dentist as much as possible and each time I visited one I would swear it off for good until another pain came up. Not with Dr. Fatemi. His staff is so lovely and kind. Dr. Fatemi is so gifted - the crown I got is the best tooth I've ever had in my life! Thank you Dr. Fatemi and staff. You make me want to come back! I always enjoy my visits to this dental office. The staff are very polite and Dr. Fatemi and Dr. Wang are very gentle and caring even when performing procedures constantly asking if I am okay. I will definitely recommend this practice to my friends and anyone who needs dental care of any kind because they provide a wide variety of services too.

I have been with Dr. Fatemi Family Dentistry since 2014. Dr. Fatemi is professional, strong interpersonal skills, and masters of the art in dental work. His office staff are friendly and appointments are always on time. I am happy to have found Dr. Fatemi and recommend him highly.

I've been coming here recently for simple cleanings to more complex issues. I've seen both docs and have been completely satisfied. Love Dr Wang!! They've been professional and accommodating in every way. Definitely recommend them.

I like this dental office!! The overall atmosphere starting from the front desk to meeting with Dr. Fatemi is very cordial and I did not feel like a new patient at all during my first visit. All my questions and concerns were answered satisfactorily especially as someone who kind of has a fear of dental procedures (from previous experience). Also, one thing that I love about this office is that they offer a variety of services and I do not have to worry about being sent to another dental office for certain procedures.

I am retired now and have had many dentists over the years. Dr. Fatemi has been my dentist for several years and I am pleased to report that he is one of the best practitioners I have ever dealt with. He is a friendly, considerate person who is sensitive to peoples fears and is very nice. He has regularly cleaned my teeth, filled cavities, put on crowns, preformed root canals and even done implants - all with the least amount of pain possible using various sedation methods when needed. My wife, who just hates going to the dentist, also goes now and recently had a bridge done with a minimum amount of fear or pain. I found the Doctor to be quickly available in emergency situations and appointments are easy to get and his price structure is highly competitive. In short, Dr. Fatemi is a top notch, highly skilled Dentist (trained at Columbia University) who I do not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing help with their teeth. I am not in the habit of giving endorsements but have made an exception in his case because I know he can be trusted to do what is best for his patients. Don Emery

I broke off my front tooth in the middle of the night the day before we were to leave for vacation and Dr. Fatemi saw me on an emergency basis as a first time patient! I have the worst fear and phobia of the dentist but as soon as I sat down his nurse (wish I could remember her name!) immediately put me at ease. She has such a calming and soothing way about her and so does Dr. Fatemi, they explained everything that was being done and I didn't feel any pain. The lady at the front desk (wish I got her name as well) is so kind and helped my mom sign me up for dental insurance while I was getting worked on. I need extensive dental work and I've put it off because of my fear and past experiences but after this morning I have found MY dental team! I know this is very long but I just want to thank them from the bottom of my heart and maybe help someone like me who has put off dental work because they're scared or haven't had the best experiences at the dentist. Thank you guys so much I'm nervous but excited to start this dental work when I get back home!

Dr Fatemi is very kind but also has the needed directness. I, like many, HATE going to the dentist! PTSD from a lifetime of horrible experiences with less than skilled dentists. I drive an hour now to see Dr. Fatemi. The icing on the cake is his equipment that numbs without the pain of feeling those awful needles. He also offers sedation services. Dr Fatemi keeps current with new available technology, new procedures. Worth the hour up and hour back! Go see him.

I've been going here for several months now I've had fillings, root canals, crowns and planning on doing prosthetic work next...every time is spot on! Dr Fatemi and his staff are absolutely wonderful! They're highly skilled professionals using experience and state-of-the-art equipment to provide brilliant dental services. I actually like going to the dentist!! He and his staff have shown me respect and kindness with genuine concern for my well-being. I can't say enough good about Gaithersburg sedation and family dentistry...Dr. Fatemi is one of a kind, go and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Amazing experience with Gaithersburg Sedation & Dentistry! They got me in quicky for an emergency surgical extraction. They were upfront with pricing and the front office staff was very polite- not to mention that the Dr greeted me by name as I first walked in! The procedure was quick and relatively pain free. I especially appreciated their advanced device for delivering the numbing agent. I felt cared about and communication was great. I am very grateful and will be coming back again!

I haven't been to the dentist in a very long time. I have terrible gag reflex due to acid reflux and extreme anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist. Dr Fatemi gave me a panoramic x-Ray and prescribed me a mouthwash that helped my issue. Because of this I've decided to come back and make Dr Fatemi my permanent dentist.

This doctor is amazing!!! He is kind and he shows you evidence on the work that needs to be done. Some places just tell you work orders that need to be done but you really don't need it. I love how he shows you. My husbands raves about him and it's hard bringing a man to the dental office so he sold me with that! Haha and Zarin the front desk lady? She is so nice and kind. Makes me feel at home going here! I got my cavities done with him and he did a great job!
