Very nice, clean, well organized professional office with high tech dental equipment, very kind and patient people explaining me every step. I feel safe with Dr.Hong and her staff, coming here again and again, and will continue for sure.

Great reviews on the board which is why I am choosing this office for a appt. & see about my dental work that needs done. That is also why only a 3stars until I see the Doc. If all goes well.Ill raise the star board up . To 4/5. To be continued kids!!!

They took me in on an extremely late notice, just about an hour before closing for an emergency dental problem with no second guess. From my experience, the entire staff and facility had outstanding professionalism. I had an embarrassingly terrible panic attack but the doctor was patient and talked me through it. I would definitely recommend.

Dr Hong and her staff are amazing! We began using her office since we live closer to this site in Gainesville, Va. My children have had traumatic experiences in the past with other dentists and we were all nervous when we switched. But we were all very pleasantly surprised. Dr Hong is very thorough and so personable. She is very professional and also very sweet in her demeanor, which can be difficult to find. Her staff are all amazing as well, from the front desk to the hygienist, all very thorough and extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone and have done so with my friends.

I have been to this place for 2 years and I have to say: some of the dentists are not polite. I met this one doctor, and she constantly assumed that I have bad habits before she even touched my teeth. At the end there was nothing found suspicious; I have great teeth cleaning habits. She treated me as if I was a child. I changed the dentist a few days ago.

Friendly, clean, professional, knowledgeable. I had several crowns done and I love the results. I'm extremely picky so this is saying a lot.
