I have been calling this place for over a month I have not yet to receive a call back.. they told me they would have to reschedule my sons appointment.. I've left messages and haven't had anyone contact me

Drove 30+ minutes to find the door locked and nobody wanting to awnser. Theres a lady at the front desk and she refused to awnser the door or accept our calls even tho I had an appointment scheduled for today. I wish there was a 0 star option :/

My experience here has been very questionable the staff is rude and negligent. My hygienist Irenea was rough, not welcoming and disrespectful. Very bad energy. Do not go here. Very shady business, they don't have a website or any point of contact.

It's a long story, I'm gonna keep it short as possible, I have never seen a dentist that was as disrespectful, inconsiderate, as I did today, and I was there with someone else, kind of reminded me of a fast food restaurant as well, they rate at which they treated folks, including us, "hurry up and get the next order out", I've been there 7 times in a row only to be rescheduled each time, just like today, I think the dentist was Patel, he was raising his voice, everything I said was wrong, said to me people like us was the reason they get behind, and patients had to wait, we drive a hour n a half to be treated like that, also told me the insurance company isn't covering what we came there to have done, we finally left, called the insurance company just to be told that it was all approved, all the office needed to do was call them, instead of not changing what they had in their computer from the 1st visit!!! A lot of times dentist/doctors staff has to call and deal with insurance companies, that's why it is costly to average folks, next time try and help, instead of shutting people down, and go to anger management to cope with your temper!! It don't pay to lose that!!

Had 7 teeth extracted w 'local' anesthesia, which was novocain shots-4 in bk area of mouth near molars on bottom-&about 5 in bottom front where (teeth 5 out of 7 were broken off) extractions were 2b done EXTREMELY PAINFUL&administered what felt like almost forced&felt like it could've been way more gently than it was for sure. Wasn't given any aftercare instructions, had 2 ask 4 gauze after the dental assistant told me she was going 2give me sum 2take w me. Wasn't given any counsel regarding pain management or offered a prescription even! Had 2ask if they were going 2give me anything&was given a prescription for 12 tylenol 3's. Very disappointed &dissatisfied knowing that now 5hrs after leaving tht I'll be lucky if I hv anything for pain left tomorrow.

I don't find it necessary to trash talk this office but my last experience was awful. I will be finding a new dentist for my family.

So far so good. Only had X-ray's, exam, and cleaning for now. Going back on the 24th to get some fillings. The ladies up front are super nice. Very informative staff. My teeth look and feel awesome btw.

My first visit was just a consultation and X-rays. My second visit they took X-rays that were unnecessary and then tried pulling my tooth after I stated that the numbing shots had not worked on the back of my tooth. Needless to say I will not be using this dental facility again !!

I have very high anexiey when it comes to dentistry. Dr.Patel and his staff were amazing and very comforting. Great work on saving a tooth that i thought was beyond saving and it was pain free!! The staff worked diligently with all the covid and cleaning precautions to keep patients and staff protected. It was a comforting experience to say the least!!! I highly recomend Gainesville Dental Center!!!

This was one of the most amazing dental centers we have ever experienced. The staff was amazing, they were so polite and helpful. The hygentist was amazing. My husband is terrified of dentist and they helped calm him and point us in the right direction of a oral surgeon. We highly recommend this center.
