Very professional, warm, and respectful front office staff. Immediately put me at ease. Hygienist and dentist were attentive, efficient, as well as helpful and caring. I highly recommend Axam Dental.

I agree with every bad review, including those about the office manager Mimi. Talk about unprofessional (WOW)...and Dr. Axam must approve because they've been together for years. Dr. Axam has been in the dentistry game far too long to offer such poor quality work and subpar management. I have double paid for a few services that she got wrong(simple fillings, a crown, a botched partial that she couldn't get fitted right even after ump-teen try -in's. Insurance wouldn't pay twice. They sent me back to Dr. Axam for a refund. I didn't bother because it would have been like pulling teeth and I knew from previous experience that Mimi can't have an intelligent conversation without resorting to child-like communication. It's just crazy over there. The one star is for the hygienist who cleaned my teeth and he left the practice. LOL I wouldn't let them work on my dog's teeth. I love my dog too much.

I went a few years ago to Dr. Axam who was nice and took x-rays I needed to have surgery on a broken wisdom tooth at another facility, but the front staff woman was very unprofessional. I was paying out of pocket and she was talking rudely to someone else at the front desk, worrying about when I was gonna pay. If they wanted the money up front they could have just ask before I went back to get the x-rays. they acted as if I was about to skip out without maying the $80 which was ridiculous

Mimi, the office manager, uses deceptive practices like telling you the insurance will pay this amount, but when you get your bill you have to pay much more. They do this to get you to pay for more expensive work. I'm not going back but it was a good environment with good music and fish painted on the ceiling. Teeth cleaning are paid by dental insurance at 10% and you have no out of pocket. Dr. Axam sets you up and say you have gum disease and I had to pay $128 when it's was normally free. The kicker is when I 3as examined they said my gums were in great shape. Mimi, the crooked office manager, said "oh you have good insurance" to me. They should have been my clue they were going to set me up. Son Sad that they've resorted to these tacky techniques. Dr. Adam will never get her greedy hands in my mouth again.

Only gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0 but I waited a whole month for a appointment for them to call me the day before the appointment and tell me it's really nothing they can do being that I'm pregnant..so I asked the lady why didn't you just tell me that when I first called and made the appointment she says she wasn't supposed to...I'm livid I've dealt with this toothache far too long...

I came to this dentist office during the beginning of the pandemic. As I research and continue to educate myself I am more and more displeased with the service. My memory of the experience gets more and more sour because I don't feel like I was treated like family. I'm sure she would do a deep cleaning for her children for free but couldn't do a regular cleaning for me and let the insurance pay for it. Actually, I didn't get any service. I scheduled an appointment and had dental insurance to give me a cleaning with no out of pocket costs. I wasn't granted the cleaning because the dentist only recommended I get a deep cleaning and said she wouldn't do it because there's no money in it. Its been over a year and I have still yet to get a cleaning so a regular cleaning would have been better than nothing. My insurance was still charged over $200 for the appointment for her to tell me that. A deep cleaning would have cost me over $350 out of pocket. I'm also using an incognito email so I won't be targeted.

I have going to Dr. Axam for many years and have never had a negative experience whatsoever. The staff are always warm and welcoming which calms my anxiety about painful treatments. I have always been impressed with Dr. Axam's concerned about her patients general health beyond dentistry. She also makes it a point to see if you are undergoing anything causing major stress and tries to make you as comfortable as possible.

I want to start by saying I am no stranger to dentist offices. I've been to quite a few. This was hands down the best experience I've ever had! Dr. Axum took the time to break down and explain everything that was happening to me. I have never felt more taken care of, more seen and more understood in my life! I had to get a deep cleaning due to poor maintenance on my end. When I moved around in the chair she came and held my hand and told me to breathe. You can not fake that type of genuine care. The whole team was amazing and I will go to them as long as they will have me. Do yourself a favor and go in!

SCAM! Stay away!!!!!!! Only gave 1 star because I can't give 0. Worst experience ever. First appt they canceled me less than 24 hours before because "they overbooked". Second appt I show up and they don't have me listed on the schedule. Third appt finally I get my xrays and exam and then they tell me I'm indicated for an "intermediate" cleaning that isn't covered by my insurance. Then they refuse to do the basic cleaning that IS covered by my insurance!!! I don't have the money to upgrade so at least give me my basic insured care!!!!

This was a terrible experience for me. I just needed a one time cleaning appointment before a medical procedure and Dr. Axam just limited to tell me everything that was wrong with my teeth, was demanding some x-rays when my regular dentist gets them every 6 months because we were out of town. Dr. Axam just saw me for 10 minutes at the most rushing with her examination and the hygienist for 45 min and now she is charging the insurance and us over much more than my wonderful regular dentist does who is exceptional and very professional. Very disappointing experience
