Dr. Gadler is a native San Diegan. His is a graduate of St. Martins Academy, Helix High School and San Diego State University. He went on to receive his dental degree from USC graduating with honors, ranking #2 in his class. He completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Houston, Texas. This highly regarded and extensive training encompassed all aspects of facial surgery including but not limited to complex teeth extraction, implant placement, cosmetic facial surgery and facial skeletal surgery and reconstruction. Dr. Gadlers training also included a surgical externship in Aarhus, Denmark. Dr. Gadler became Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2000. Dr. Gadler is also Board Certified in Anesthesiology and is a member of the American Society of Dental Anesthesiology.
During histwenty plusyears in private practice, Dr. Gadler has tirelessly worked to develop and refine surgical techniques so his patients not only receive the aesthetic benefits but also experience far less trauma and shorter recovery times. Dr. Gadler continues to invest his time and resources to keeping abreast of the latest techniques, instrumentation, technology and medications available to ensure that his practice is providing the best possible care to his patients. The overwhelming majority of Dr. Gadlers patients report little or no swelling and pain with a recovery time of about 1-2 days after removal of their wisdom teeth.
The Fletcher Hills Dental Implant & Oral Surgery Center is a beautiful, new, state-of-the-art, full-scope facility designed with consideration for the patients care and comfort in mind. Besides being equipped with the latest surgical equipment and instruments available, the patients enjoy specially designed, contoured, memory foam chairs positioned to enjoy the panoramic view during their treatment.
Dr. Gadler enjoys hiking, fishing and camping with his three sons in the same mountains he enjoyed as a child and now views from his office windows. Since his days in Rock n Roll bands throughout high school and college he has pursued a love for music. He created a Christmas music CD that received radio play nationally as well as in dozens of countries. One of the songs on the CD even managed to hit a chart.

I spend 1.5 hour. Pay $65 and get no further results than before I walk in. Still waiting for. My dental record. Not sure why

First time patient, would highly recommend as the full staff are very pleasant and attentive. Dr Gadler explained the procedure very well and advised all options. He has a repertoire of tooth based "Daddy Jokes" that will keep your spirits high!

If I could give this dentist a 0 star, I absolutely would! My experience here was beyond traumatic. It was 2018 when I needed an extraction. My primary dentist performed the initial extraction. However, the tooth broke and there was a small piece lodged in my gum socket. That's when my primary referred me to Dr. Gadler for oral surgery to extract the remaining small piece. First, the front desk lady was RUDE. I maintained my patience and responded with kindness because I was in pain and just wanted to get the visit over with. Once I was finally in the exam room, Dr Gadler examined me and immediately began trying to sell me on getting a bone graft for the missing tooth space. He even made me watch a video, and just like a salesman, kept pushing and pushing that I needed a bone graft. I had previously done my own research and found that while a bone graft is recommended, it's not necessary, and it's an expensive procedure that most insurance does not cover and at that time I personally could not afford. I politely declined, and declined, and declined. Once I made it very clear that I was not in financial position to pay for a bone graft, his entire tone changed. He became extremely short, impatient and aggressive with me. I'll NEVER forget how he pulled out a MALLET and started hammering the small piece of tooth out of the gum socket where the rest of my tooth had already been extracted. Then he suctioned the blood clot out of the socket which caused me dry socket. I suffered the most excruciating pain for the next 2-3 weeks. Once the socket healed, it healed very mutilated. Whatever he did, it messed up my jawline and the gum inside my mouth so it's hard to eat normally. Horrible experience and I would never recommend this office. I'd rather go to Tijuana if I ever needed another extraction!!!

Best oral surgeon ever! As a nurse I am extra critical, he is the tops! Clean and ultra organized office. Staff is exceptionally polite, courteous and smart. Called early next day with a follow up call. Impressive all around.

Everyone at the office was very kind and we're very thorough in explaining my wisdom teeth and my extractions & what to expect for the surgery! Definitely nervous about my wisdom teeth but they made me feel like I was in good hands! Definitely recommend them!

Great office environment. All support staff at Dr. Gadler's office goes above and beyond to help. Dr. Gadler is also very professional and explains in details what to expect during the visit and after the visit. Front office staff, nurses, support staff are all professional, kind, and very helpful. Highly recommend Dr. Gadler and his office for your dental needs.

I just got my wisdom teeth pulled on Thursday and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Gadler and his staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about the procedure. If it wasn't for them giving me my teeth that were extracted I wouldn't have believed they already did it. It was so quick and easy I woke up in disbelief that I was nervous for that. I'm so glad I chose them to get the job done & highly recommend to any one that's contemplating! You won't be disappointed.

I was referred from the VA community care to schedule for extraction and bone implant on Wednesday 16, 2021. I do not speak for all Veterans. I have never experienced such lack of caring and professionalism from the front office to the Dr. I waited from 12:45-4pm at the VA for my prescription from Dr. Gadler office. The pharmacist at the VA was told the script had been electronic sent by the Gadler. We called his office undetermined times regarding 3 meds I was supposed to use after surgery. Every time, we were told they had to contact the Dr. Gadler. Needless to say, waiting and calling fell on deaf ears. The pharmacist requested to speak to the office manager ask her if she would fax over the direction for the medications and procedure that was available, so my primary Dr. refused to write the script. A word to the wise, Veterans avoids this Dr. Office like you avoid the plague. This is not the way you treat anyone. If you had problem giving me meds, you should not be servicing Veterans. We did not ask you to be a provider. You (Gadler) and your office staff are the worst. If was dead, I would not seek service from you and your staff. One staff member stated they were doing me a favor. Remember, i am not a charity case. with that being said, you all sucks.

Dr. Gadler is amazing!!! All the staff from front to back including his office manager, Becca where super friendly and kind. They are all very compassionate and you can tell they love what they do. Dr. Gadler was awesome at calming my nerves (Im not a fan of dentists lol) but he was great. He answered any questions I had and reviewed all at home care very throughly. The appointment was fast and easy. He will be the only Doctor I would recommend for any extractions or implants. Even if he is a long drive, I would make that drive again for any of my family or my needs. Thank you Dr. Gadler
