Walk in and two women behind the desk not wearing masks tell me "you need a mask to be in here" I ask for one and one says "we don't got them for you" I tell them I don't have one either. They tell me "go to Walgreens they had them just sitting out at one point" between not being able to communicate in proper English and asking people to do thing that they do not do themselves. Let alone the gross hot waiting area I told them cancel my appointment and walked away. I don't know if the dentist is good but I don't want anyone like that giving me medical treatment nor advice.

So this is late but first off... very rude. Second off very racist. Barely even spoke to me but was laughing it up and talking to the woman that was there already. Poor communication skills and terrible office

Excellent Dentist , but she needs to evaluate her staff... Very rude and unprofessional! ..

The dentist is very friendly and professional. She doesn't charge as much as many of the others in Meridian, so it's reasonable. The waiting room was pretty dusty though. Dust and dirt covered every surface of all the furniture and countertops,etc. It does need to be cleaner.

Gaddis is the best dentist I have ever been too. She was so professional but also made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be going back and also taking my little one to her.

Charges a "deductible" even after this year's deductible has already been paid for. Charged 35 dollars for "dental hygiene instructions" when none were given and was told that my finances tooth looked fine. 1 month down the road she now needs a root canal because it's been absessed. Horrible dentist, horrible employees will never go here ever again.

The dentist herself was fantastic, but other people who work there are very rude and exhibit bully-type behaviours. Also, the building is VERY small.

Dr. Gaddis is very friendly & personable. I have always been a bit timid when going to the dentist but I love her & her staff. Won't be going anywhere else

Dr Andrea Gaddis is an AMAZING dentist who cares about her patients. Her staff, follows her lead....Lexi, the receptionist, she is breath of fresh air. Jessica is an angel.... the entire staff is compassionate and kind. We all know going to the dentist, at any age, is frightening... but Dr. Gaddis and her staff make the experience a pleasant one. I recommend EVERYONE in Lauderdale County and the surrounding area when in need of dental care to use this establishment over any other!!!! Trust me THEY CARE!!!!
