Hi! I want to post this experience I'm a patient of Dr. Alina Gad she was so friendly and kind I like her. And now I always smile because I'm confident with my teeth is so Amazing. And specially Mari her assistant so nice and she work very good I didn't feel anything hurt. Of course Jannete she always say yes for the time I need schedule, she's so friendly too! For sure I recommend to all my family, relatives and friends this dental office.

I love this dentist I've been coming here since I was like five and I'm 31 now! Janet and Dr. Gad are so nice and know what they are doing. If you need a dentist that is honest and as close to pain free as possible. This is definitely the office for you. Keep up the good work. I appreciate you all see you soon!!!

Parents with young kids be aware that this dentist will be telling you that your child's teeth develop normally even though you notice there is something not very normal is occurring with your child's teeth. Even after taking extrays, they kept telling me everything isolated just fine. I decided to go to a different dental office, they sent us to the orthodontist right away. Apparently every child should see an orthodontist by the age of 7. It was never told that. Now the result of Gad's office negligence is that my child has many orthodontic problems. The doctor asked me why we did not come earlier. We could have avoid some issues had we come earlier. Oh well, because I'm not a professional dentist. I had a doctor for that reason, who we saw every 6 months. Stay away from this office!

I am so livid with the quality of your services. I understand we are in a pandemic but that is no excuse if the level of ineptitude I experienced. I have had several appointments canceled since the beginning of this year and was told repeatedly that I would be contacted when appointments opened again for cleanings. A basic cleaning. Nothing fancy. Finally after months of not hearing anything, we called and scheduled appointments for all three of us in the household. within a few weeks of each other. Husband goes to his appointment and is quoted way higher than what our insurance claims to cover. Second, I go for my scheduled appointment and am told that my appointment is not scheduled until DECEMBER 28th. This is so inaccurate! My husband and daughter both have appointments within a few weeks, all dates were written down at the same time on the same piece of paper. How is it that my appointment is scheduled SO FAR OUT when the rest of my household are scheduled together? The attitude I was given from the receptionist regarding this issue was uncalled for and inappropriate. No way will I ever feel comfortable in your dental office.

I've been a patient of Gad Dental since I was a child and I could not have more positive things to say about the doctors and staff. Like many people I deal with dental anxiety but as soon as I get into the office I'm quickly greeted with a smile and the staff always makes me feel relaxed. I've had to have several procedures over the years from simple fillings to a root canal but Dr. Gad and team took great care of me each time. I've never been pressured into making decisions on anything that wouldn't be in my best interest and they have always been respectful. 2 thumbs up!

My hubby and I both have had dental work done at Dr. Gads office. The office staff is friendly and efficient. The dental work is excellent and pain free.

Although Dr. Gad is a nice Dentist and my kids always felt comfortable with her, I am very upset that now my son is going to have to have an adult molar pulled because she didn't see decay inbetween the 6 month visit period on 2/3 of his tooth. I am soo upset about this. I trust the dentist I go to to alert me of problems so I can fix them. She didn't see this. They also dont have good appointments avaible for the working people (mostly day appointments) and they cancel quite often. I would also say that one of the ladies that make the appointments isnt very friendly either, the people that answer the phone really make the office and return visits. Not just the dentist.
