I genuinely really liked my experience here. I had an appointment this past Monday. They were really fast, my check up only lasted 30 minutes, and it was really clean and nice inside. The woman who greeted me when I came in was very helpful.... I had some tartar build up on my bottom teeth, I used to have a permanent retainer and I just could not get the tartar off... the first time I go to the dentist and during the cleaning they removed it. Thank you SO much! I just wished they had taken a little more time, it's easy to miss things when you just want to be done. I personally wasn't in a hurry and they didn't seem too busy. it seemed like they were going so fast... honestly it was my first time to the dentist in over a year so I was expecting X-rays but there wasn't really a greeting or explaining what we were going to do, they just kind of went through the motions without really telling me what we'd be doing the day of. But it's not a big deal. I really liked both women servicing me, I really just wished they would slow down a little bit, though I appreciate the quick service !!!!!! Amazing job ladies !! The reason why I gave a 3 star rating is because the gentleman who operates the reception area does not have a good attitude. He has a very strong accent and while booking my appointment, I was having trouble understanding him when spelling out the email address for me to send my insurance info. Already, spelling over the phone can be very frustrating.... So I understand, but definitely he should understand that. He snapped at me because I had trouble understanding him say "t as in thomas," it sounded like "domus" so it was honestly a frustrating experience for someone to snap at me, being the customer and me, having a good attitude. It is not fun spelling over the phone. But as an employee, I think it's important you understand that and take a big breath and do your best not to get frustrated.. cause it wasn't my fault. When I came for my appointment he has a very unhappy look towards me... and while checking out he didn't say anything to me except that I was good to go. Not hello, nothing. I honestly I could care less about someone's bad attitude, it's not going to ruin my day or the person I choose to be towards someone, but wow, I couldn't believe this person carried our entire phone conversation over from start to finish of my experience at this dentist office. Either have this person adjust their attitude or why are you paying them to be there ? He lacks professionalism. I definitely would have given 4 stars if it weren't for this gentleman. But I'd definitely return ! Overall great experience

*** Incompetent, unreliable Staff *** Called 2wks in advance for an appointment, being a new client they took all my ins & personal info so after 20mins supplying all that info they gave me my appmnt. Called like 3pm the day before to confirm my appointment & was told everything was set. Got off from work 1hr early & fight traffic for 45min to make it on time I was told they dont accept my insurance. I asked why I wasn't told that the day provided all my info & or was told the day before. All they said was Sorry! The other lady is not there & couldn't tell me anything. So incompetent staff MOST OF THE 5 STARS GIVEN MUST FROM RELATIVES OR PAID FRIENDS

Don't waste your time here. I received the worst service I've ever had anywhere. The staff doesn't respect your time and lacks professionalism. I had the Zoom whitening service done here, and the service was unsatisfactory and upsetting at EVERY stage - Scheduling: I had an extraction done on Tuesday of last week and scheduled for the whitening to be performed on Friday of the same week. When I arrived on Friday, the receptionist told me that the only person who would be able to perform the procedure was not in that day. She giggled when she told me this, showing a total disregard for the fact that I took time off from work in order to show up for my appointment. We agreed that I would reschedule for the following Wednesday (today). Upon rescheduling I asked whether my recent wisdom tooth extraction would be an issue for the whitening procedure - to which I was explicitly assured that it would not be. So I come in today and one of the first things I'm told is that I may not be able to have the procedure performed today due to my recent extraction. When I brought up the fact that explicitly asked the same dental assistant last week whether this would be an issue, the dental assistant just brushed it off and didn't even try to apologize for the irritation and inconvenience I was experiencing. Whitening Procedure: The second dental assistant told me it was up to me whether I still wanted to get the whitening procedure done due to my extraction - as if to say "hey do this at your own risk I don't care either way". At this point my annoyance was starting to show. I said of course - this procedure is the only reason I scheduled to come in today. So she reclines my chair and without even briefing me about what she will be doing during the procedure, and starts roughly handling my mouth. When I yelped out in pain due to my lips being stretched too quickly, and my gums being roughly handled, she said "SEE I TOLD YOU SO". At this point I'm furious. However, I calmly told her "you're being too rough". At this comment she immediately became upset and gave me an attitude, asking "so what?? you don't want me to do it??" in a condescending tone. The disrespect was appalling. I simply said "no I just want you to be more gentle." And she snapped back "I'M ALREADY BEING GENTLE, I'M ONE OF THE MORE GENTLE PEOPLE HERE." I was furious during the entire 1.5 hour procedure. Results: When I looked at the final result of my teeth I saw that they looked worse than when I came in. My teeth were not an even shade of white, in fact areas were yellow and some spots were unnaturally white. When I pointed this out to the dental assistant she told me "If you're unhappy, talk to the doctor." So at that point I had had it. I got up from the dental chair and went to the front desk to explain how upset and unsatisfied I was with the entire service. The two office staff listening to me seemed amused at my irritation with the service and could only offer a useless "I don't know what to tell you...". Finally they offered to let me speak to Dr. Gabuten about my dissatisfaction with the service. Dr. Gabuten agreed to take a look at my teeth and explained that some enamel doesn't react well to the chemical solution used in the treatment, and that there was no way for them to have known how my teeth would react, and that he would remind his staff about how they should treat clients. I didn't pay for the service, and rightfully so. I was absolutely disappointed that I had wasted a total of 3 hours on an unsuccessful and unpleasant procedure performed by an equally unpleasant dental assistant. The staff is completely incompetent and unprofessional. If you go, request to see Dr. Gabuten himself. His staff will just irritate and disappoint you.
