Love this dental office! They always take care of my needs and are flexible with payment terms. Shout out to Dr. Rivera and the whole front desk staff!

Open Letter to Gabucan Family Dentistry management - It really gives me no pleasure to write this review but I wanted to make sure that no one experience what my wife went through on her root canal treatment. We had earlier called and booked the appointment for root canal treatment from Dentist Dr. Rivera(05/05). We went to the clinic on time and doctor started the procedure. Doc gave her two shots of anesthesia and the way he injected second time, she was in horrible pain. Doc was really insensitive to her pain. Further he left in between the procedure and asked the nurse to take the X-rays. My wife continued to be in terrible pain. The doctor went out for 50 mins and he was seeing the patient. I kept on telling them to please ask doctor to come back but no one responded. The nurse was also really insensitive to the pain my wife was undergoing. The doc came back and was laughing at her pain and gave additional two shots of anesthesia. She had to undertake more pain because doc wanted to see additional patient in between. Nevertheless somehow the procedure got over and my wife continued to be in so much pain. During the procedure they didn't even talk about next steps. After the procedure they didn't even told us as to what she can eat or drink. Nothing . Doc gave some medication and left. We asked at the counter if they can provide some pain killer as she is in pain and they said they don't have any medication. Which is fine. We were so shocked by this that we decided to go for other dentist for temp and permanent crowing on the teeth. We called and asked for comprehensive treatment plan and doc report along with X-rays. They said that you would have to come to office for that. We went to their office and in the name of treatment plan they shared receipt of the plan. No mention of any doc analysis of crowing etc. One of the lady at the booth was very rude and told that we wont provide soft copy. The new dentist office kept on trying with this office to get more details on my wife treatment and they didn't help. In short the dentist and the office lacks professionalism. They lack humanity and I don't believe they should be in job of providing for public health. I have shared my experience with a senior attorney they they asked me to seriously look into option of suing this office. I am so glad we went for other dentist as her temp(prep for crowning) and permanent crowing went through so smoothly. After the procedure doc also called in the evening to check on my wife. All please dont waste your time and energy on this pathetic dentistry.

They solved my tooth problem. One that has been unsolved for yrs! My other dentist couldn't figure out why food still gets stuck even after closing the gap. He tried everything. But Dr. Schaun, did something less than 10 min. He's super smart. Super impressed.
