I love how everyone brings their own experiences and stories to the practice and shares who they are with us. Those stories and our conversations create a bond that often goes beyond doctor and patient: They become my friends and I care about them personally. I want them to have healthy, happy, fulfilling lives, and to look back fondly at their orthodontic journey.

For me, orthodontics is the perfect blend of art and science, coupled with personal connections. I am grateful for the opportunity of being a part of our patients lives and it brings me joy to see how they transform during the treatment.
Often, patients start treatment feeling unhappy and insecure about how they look. They might have low self-esteem and avoid being around others. As they start to see the change in their appearance, I see them change before my eyes. Each person feels more comfortable with their smile, and in turn their confidence grows and they begin to blossom. By the time we finish the treatment, theyre almost a new person: brimming with personality; confidence and constantly smiling!
Im passionate about constantly learning and staying current on advances in the profession. Orthodontics is evolving at a rapid pace, with new techniques, materials, and technologies being developed and made available. Through continuing education, I am able to assess each new option carefully and determine whether its something that will benefit my patients.
Throughout the year I complete many postgraduate courses and attend meetings, lectures, and seminars. Additionally, I am always looking for ways to improve patient experience by having our team training on a regular basis.
Born and raised in China, Ive made Bloomington my home for more than thirteen years. It is a privilege to serve Bloomington and its surrounding communities. I love the beautiful landscape and cultural diversities here. I share my life with my husband Tim, our three daughters and three grandchildren.

Had one child get treatment here and now having the second one start. Dr. Ann and Skylar explained the whole process and treatment thoroughly. Pricing is made very clear and we didn't have any problems with our experience so far.

We had a great consultation and started treatment today. Skylar helped my daughter feel comfortable, and Dr. Ann was very calm and comforting. Everything was explained thoroughly, and their main concern was making sure my daughter and I were comfortable with the plan. Katie at the front desk greeted us with a welcome sign which helped my daughter feel welcome too. Great office, great people!

G-Orthodontics has been amazing for us so far! We are early in the process for braces for our son, but their attention to detail early in our process is paramount for a family handling braces for the first time. On initial phone contact, Skylar was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. He made sure to let us know we can fill out patient forms online. That's a big plus for us! Their website and online scheduling and digital patient and insurance forms made what would usually be a hassle an easy task. In person, Skylar again was a tremendous pleasure to work with as he walked us though what the process would be. I knew our son would be the toughest critic as he has a little trepidation and uneasiness toward general general dental visits, let alone a specialist. The folks at G-Orthodontics made him feel pretty good. This made me feel even more at ease. Our son even remarked after the initial visit that Dr. Ann Granicz "sure is good at her job". They were courteous, attentive, and friendly. The genuinely provided a happy and comfortable environment. And it's easy to tell they are very passionate about the work the do. We eagerly look forward to having them help us work through the next two years.

Dr. G and the whole office staff are wonderful. They made braces possible for our family. Really thrilled about the whole experience. As someone who couldn't afford braces growing up, I'm so happy my daughter gets to have them. That wouldn't have been possible without Dr.G. I admire her very much.

My daughter has had a great experience with Dr. G. We can usually get an after school appointment and have not been pressured into higher cost products as I have at other offices. Her teeth are straight and she was well cared for the entire time. They now continue care long after the braces are off- I believe her teeth will remain straight!
