I went to Dr. Nili's office for teeth whitening and found the entire experience to be very pleasant. Everybody I met was very kind, from the front desk to dental assistant to dentist... not pushy at all and took great care of my teeth. I'm considering switching dentists to her office and will definitely return for more whitening work in the future.

I purchased teeth whitening on Groupon for Dr. G. Nili. Major disappointment! I have been calling the answering machine leaving messages for over 6 weeks now to schedule the service. Not a single returned phone call. I just cancelled this Groupon today and asked for a refund. I would avoid an office and service that can't even return a phone call.

Nearly 3 weeks of trying to contact the office to make an appointment for 2 people. Messages left and emails sent remained unanswered. No worries, plenty of other places available

The absolute worst. DO NOT buy a Groupon. No follow up for the second zoom whitening. Horrible.

Dr. Nili and her staff are amazing. They are welcoming and kind. Dr. Nili really cares about the health of your teeth. I originally went there for Zoom Whitening and liked her so much that I'm switching dentists to her! Oh and my teeth are really white now too! Five stars all the way! :)

The sweetest doctor ever, Dr. Nili. She has the best and fairest prices in all of OC. Her office was very clean and comfortable, and her assistant, Janine, welcomed me into the office super kindly and quickly. I had a Zoom Whitening done here for a mere fraction of the cost you find in LA. She also pointed out a preventative measure I can do for my teeth health that other dentists did not find before, which I find so helpful in ensuring the longevity of my teeth health. I am referring everyone I know to her, and if you're debating on who to go to, look no further than Dr. Nili's office and Janine to help you.

The staff was wonderful. I started 2 speak with her assistant in Spanish & she was nice enough 2 reply to me in Spanish (all treatment related) The dentist from a different room started shouting really loud "ENGLISH ONLY, NO SPANISH, IF U BOTH SPEAK ENGLISH THAN SPEAK ENGLISH" Than minutes later started speaking really loud in her native language 2 another client. Thats Discrimination and racism in my eyes

The assistant who set me up asked me many questions to ensure that I was an appropriate candidate for Zoom, and thorougly explained any possible side effects that I could experience post Zoom. She gave me a fuzzy blanket to keep me warm and comfortable (I'm always cold), and I had a view of Fashion Island, which was nice. I was able to text my friend during the entire process ( but it was a bit diffucult because I had to hold my arms up and they were gettting sore). The most difficult part of the process for me was to remember to keep biting down on the tray that they put in my mouth, with a certain amount of pressure (I was very relaxed, so I had to remain cognisant of biting down). I have some sensitivity in my teeth, and I did experience a bit of discomfort for about a day afterwards. The assistant had informed me that this could happen, and said to take three advil. I took three ibuprofin (generic) and it didn't do much. Maybe I needed the brand name? Anyway, no biggie. Oh, and she said to avoid anything cold or hot, so I did that. She told me to eat "white or clear foods" for the follwoing twenty-four hours, so I bought mashed potatoes and chicken to eat (white meat counts, right?) and some vanilla yogurts. And of course, I avoided coffe for a couple days. Not sure what foods are "clear" (lol). I'm pleased with my results. My teeth are whiter, but no white to the point where they're unnaturally white. I go back for a touch up in three months. Oh, and I briefly met Dr. Nili, and found her to be a very nice, pleasant lady. It's a great deal, go for it.

Great experience! Very efficient and the Dr. is very observing of the small details. The dental tech who did my service was really good! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is seeking a Dentist.
