Our patients inspire us do our very best and they make us smile. Not a day goes by when we dont share a laugh, a joke, or a song in the office, all towards the goal of making our patients feel comfortable and providing them with an enjoyable experience. We have a great deal of fun in our office, but never lose sight of our main purpose. We hope that we can have a positive impact on our patients lives by helping them achieve optimal dental health and teaching them how to take care of their teeth as they grow.
Dentistry is a profession that requires constant education as treatments and technology advance. We must always update our methods and materials to ensure our patients receive the best possible results. From new materials in dentistry and better ways of managing pain to improvements in infection control and patient health and nutrition, continuing education is a vital aspect of my career.
I married my college sweetheart, Jennifer, over 20 years ago. Shes smart, beautiful, the mother of our lovely children, and a higher education professional. Our children, Julia and Joseph, are both witty and spirited and always keep me on my toes. In this fast-paced world where everything seems so fleeting and disposable, there is no greater joy than spending quality time with family.
I love the outdoors: fly fishing, boating, kayaking, and biking. When I have to spend time indoors on my days not working, I spend it in the kitchen cooking up the daily catch or preparing a gourmet meal with my family.
We recognize that all of our young patients are unique and deserve to receive dental care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented dental team is committed to working with you and your child to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding dental experience every time you visit our practice.

We love the new dentist Dr. Sean and of course the team of girls who've been there for years. My boys feel comfortable and safe with them. The office is always clean and you can tell the work atmosphere is pleasant and positive.

Dr. Sean and the staff at South Coast Smiles have been fantastic to work with. They are so kind and patient and you can tell they really care. I need to add that my son who is very nervous and acts silly and nervous at the dentist was very calm when Dr. Sean was working with him. I am very happy with our experience here.

My children loved their visit at South Coast smiles today, The hygienists Amy and Stephanie are always so great, kind and creative with the kids to get them through their cleaning and exam. We met Dr Sean today and he was great, warm and kind, he puts out a great vibe. Wouldn't hesitate to give the team 5 stars !

Today I brought my son in for his dental visit and had such a great experience! A very relaxed and comfortable setting, and still the same incredible staff. This was my first time meeting Dr. Sean. He was very sweet, patient, and through. My son loved his experience and is already asking when he can go back! If you're looking for an office for your children, this is the office to go to. You will not be disappointed.

Today was my son's very first appointment, Dr Fraone and staff where so patient and very nice answered all my question and concerns took there time did not force my son or hold him down the entire experience was a pleasure for both me and my son I highly recommend Dr Fraone , we thank you so much see you in 6 months

I normally don't take time to write reviews, but after my experience with this particular doctor and his staff, I had to. Every time I go into the office the staff is extremely pleasant which is always nice, they go above and beyond to make my daughters feel comfortable because we all know the dentist can be very "scary" to young children. I've never waited long periods of time to be seen, there all very efficient. Seem to all work well together. I can say my daughters ages 6 and 9 enjoy going to the dentist now !!! Highly recommend !!!!
