Only leaving two stars because the doctor that saw me was amazing and thorough, Dr Nyugen I believe, she confirmed my prognosis as I expected, unfortunately I will have to take my business elsewhere, as the prices they suggested were completely outrageous even for Florida. I'm not a local, I couldn't get dental care in time during my pregnancy so once that pregnancy failed, I got most of my teeth done and had one root canal left, I had a family situation and had to rush to Florida from NYC, well the other day another root canal that I had broke off, so I figured I'll get both done in one shot since usually cash paying patients are worked with on rates etc. First of all, their only financing available is care credit which will ruin your credit, look it up yourself, second, since when does a flipper cost a thousand dollars? General cost for a flipper is 300-500 bucks as per my research. Also, the work that would need to be done I would still have to see an endodontist, so this appointment was pretty much useless. I didn't quite get the feel from the manager that she was sympathetic or really wanted to work with my financial concerns, I have worked in a medical office and the managers job is usually to get you for as much money as possible, it's a lot of money, so I frankly said I will have to get a second opinion, and indeed after calling another clinic in Coral Springs, they do have lower prices. With the cost of removal, implant and a root canal, anesthesia, spending a thousand on a flipper makes no sense, the manager said maybe she could lower it a couple hundred for the flipper but that's still way too much especially without an actual office payment plan with no insurance. Care credit has a tendency to randomly close your card if you don't use it after paying it off, and that will tank your credit score by a good 50 points if not more. It's not worth it if you're planning to buy a car or get a new place in the future. If you need extensive work done and can afford to pay 5-6k, that's awesome, unfortunately, some of us are just not in that position, a trip to Mexico sounds like a great idea right about now. Shout out to the front desk lady, she was super cool. And a not so shout out to the racist old lady patient sitting next to me, complaining about the area, you were not cool.

By far the best service in dentistry. I have had my cleanings done by Gaston twice a year for many years and that's the extent of the work needed since then. My original visit to this office was when I met Dr. Arenas for the first time and I needed a crown, including other services. This is when my fear of dentists went away! The teamwork and collaboration ensures that you are well taken care of. From the moment you speak to Joanna, the office manager, you know that you will be well taken care of. I will always recommend this office for my dental needs. Thank you.

When I hear the word dentist, of course panic attack. After Covid of course I needed my teeth cleaned. Went to Towncare dental and discovered I also had a cavity. First conversation on the phone was very pleasant and reassuring. First visit was on time and the doctor very good at explaining what needed to be done based on the X-ray. The ladies at the front desk are very professional and knowledgeable and most of all caring. The dental hygienist and the doctor were so gentle as if they were treating themselves. I can truly say going to the dentist was a pleasant experience. Thank you Towncare Dental of Lauderhill

This office is great! The staff are all helpful and professional. They take great care of your mouth and explain everything carefully. Dr. Arenas is wonderful! Gentle and knowledgeable. I hadn't been to the dentist in about 8 years, but they made me quite comfortable.

I love the new office! The entire staff is very friendly and professional. The absolute best and through teeth cleanings I've ever gotten that's why I had to follow them when they moved office. Definitely recommend them. :)

The front desk staff is very professional, friendly and thorough. They call, text and follow up and explain everything. Dr. Nyguen was excellent as well, she's patient and didn't rush through anything. The other support staff were also pleasant to deal with. The facilities are clean and fully equipped. I would recommend without hesitation.
