If I could leave 0 stars I would . I left worse than I came in, I literally cried on my way out of the office & I can't stop crying because of how bad my tooth is . Provider " Gwendolyn Vu " was very snappy , she rush through my entire process of doing a filling & a build up . My tooth looks terrible , through the process she literally would throw the equipment on my chest , pull my neck in a rude / hard way. Make comments that were very inappropriate which she could've told her " colleague " after she got me out the chair but to say it right in front of me & then show body language as if she was annoyed . I have never experienced anything like this & I cannot stop crying because of how terrible my experience was at this dentist office . There was no compassion here , it seem like I was not wanted there at all & by the way my tooth looks I know for a fact she didn't want to service me.

My experiences are always good. Mandy (the hygienist) was really good to me. super sweet, very informative, caring & inspiring!!! I appreciated her a ton!

Boy oh boy it's been 8 years since I've gone to the dentist I was scared to the point were I wanted to run out of there but hey you come to this place your in good hands good staff lol wish I could post a pic of my wisdom tooth they pulled out but it might creep y'all out I came in as a walk in didn't even take long all the bad reviews seem to come from picky ppl trust me I will be coming back here again!

I recently had horrible pain from a bad tooth i had and contacted this Dentist. They were very helpfull and quick to get me in and out of pain. I have been fearfull of dentist for many years but i am no longer afraid. The tooth had to be surgically extracted and it went smooth and without horrible complications. Highly recommend this destal office and is now our family Dentist. 10 stars ********** Thank you Dr. J. & Future Dental

The entire staff at this place was absolutely wonderful! The play room was clean and they treated my young son and I like we were the only clients there. Awesome awesome I cannot speak more highly of them. Thanks ladies!!!!

Future dental is a crooked and shady practice and I can not recommend this place to anybody. I called to request an appointment for routine cleaning and to have cavities filled. I was given an appointment for 2 days later because she had an open slot. Then she messed up on the time of the appointment and left a message saying my appointment was at 12.30pm when I'm fact she had told me on the phone it was 10.40am. Then I get in there and she told me she booked me for an emergency procedure because of my dental pain and the fee for the emergency was $98. At no point during the phone call to book the appointment did I mention that I was in pain. And she definitely didn't say anything about emergency fees on the phone. Then she says anyways they couldn't do a cleaning today since that wasn't what I was scheduled for. Bottom line, Future dental is full of incompetent staff trying to get you to pay for unnecessary procedures and they are rude and refuse to own up to their mistakes. The staff who lied to say I requested emergency treatment was in the office when I came in. Since all calls are recorded it would be easy to listen to the call and verify if I actually requested emergency treatment but no they won't do that , all they want to do is take your money. My family and I will not be going back to Future dental.

Not friendly or informative. Called to get a crown replaced and she told me to throw the crown away over the phone. When I came in for appointment she said she would never tell me to do such a thing and now wants to charge me out of pocket expenses! Crooked place to do business with. I would never recommend this place.

My 5 year old son had went to Dr. Bain in Pflugerville who said he had cavities, would not stay still for injections or hold his mouth open all the way, so he sent me to a hospital for $3,000 full anesthesiologist deal. I decided to try a second time with Future Dental, they got him calm and got two cavities filled for $130.00. Every experience I have had with Future Dental has been great and they are much cheaper than any Austin or Pf Dentist.
