One star for you fusion dental! I would have given you no stars but that wasn't an option. My dentist was amazing, but those responsible for staffing and scheduling should be remanded to a Russian Penal Colony for their incompetence. During Covid they cancelled multiple appointments without any notice, only putting a sign on the door saying all appointments have been cancelled for the day. A phone call would have been the professional way to cancel an appointment. Over the past year they have cancelled three of my appointments the day of due to staffing issues they claimed. If you don't have the staff to support your patients and maintain scheduling then close up shop and quit wasting everyone's time. Also, I've dealt with numerous billing issues where they would say something is covered by insurance only to later send you a fat bill and deny what they previously said. I'm never going back there. Bye!

If you're a new patient please be aware your first appointment is not a true appt, it's a consultation. I didn't get any farther as I left after waiting 25 minutes in the lobby, finally going back to find out I wouldn't be getting the cleaning I thought I'd scheduled, and then finding out it would be another month before they could actually clean my teeth. None of this was apparent or explained while the appointment was being made. The staff was pleasant enough but I don't have time for that kind of set up for a standard cleaning when I have excellent & easily observable dental health. Good luck!

This was my first visit to Fusion Dental and I couldn't be more pleased. I was seen at my appointment time and every step of the way, I was welcomed as an active participant in establishing my dental care. Jamie and Dr. Ali were fantastic to work with and the front staff was very friendly. It almost makes going to the Dentist an enjoyable experience!

New patient, had an appointment back in July just to establish care. I turned down their attempts to do a pano xray because I was not due for one (insurance only covers one every 5 years), but the dentist came in and said that its provided complementary for new patients and they will not bill me. Well low and behold here's the bill in my hand and they did charge my insurance provider for it, which blew back on me because I wasn't eligible for a pano yet. Just a disgusting business practice. Now I have to pay these predators at Fusion Dental $106 (even though my insurance says I should only owe $80) for an appointment that was supposed to be covered 100% by my insurance. Please be careful if you choose this place for your dentistry needs and do not let them bully you into services that you do not need. ALWAYS ask them to check your insurance for coverage before you get any work done (though if they lied to me I'm certain they will lie to you).

The office manager is very disorganized, snappy and short. She called me thirty minutes before my appointment to tell me that the appointment for my crown needed to be rescheduled since they had not scheduled the crown fitting yet. Why was this over looked? She didn't take the blame for this mixup and inadvertently blamed the oral surgeon, but then stated that I was putting words in her mouth, when I asked if she was saying it was his fault. This dental office does a great job of sending multiple reminders to come in, but what about making sure everything else is in order before the patient takes off work for the appointment. Thank goodness for the dentist and her assistant. They agreed to stay late to complete the procedure and to make sure that my root canal was protected.

I have been going to Fusion Dental for many years and my regular team retired. I now have Dr. Ali and Kelly (hygienist) and very pleased with the treatment I receive. They are concerned with your comfort level, professional, excellent with procedures and friendly. Actually they earned 10 stars in my opinion. Thank you both for your great care !

The best dentist in Eldersburg. Their cost are competitive and all around caring people. They make the experience very comfortable and just a great place to have your teeth maintained. My whole family is at Fusion Dental Eldersburg and we will never leave. Andres

This time I felt like I was rushed with the cleaning. I left with a yuck flavor in my mouth instead of feeling like everything is clean and fresh. The new dentist that I met this time seems fine but I do not know why she did not suggest a 3D check for me.

My whole family goes to Fusion. 3 of us have commented that the hygienist is a little political. It's obvious to us that we don't share her views so it makes us a little uncomfortable. I only mention it because 3 of us went on three separate occasions and had the same feedback. When a 16 year old tells you that the hygienist was too political there's a problem.

My small children (4 & 2) have been with Fusion for several years. There is a new pediatric dentist that we met today. She was engaging, kind, and very good with my 4 year old. My 2 year old was not interested in having her teeth cleaned and threw an epic tantrum. Dr. S maintained her kind demeanor and worked quickly. I was impressed! Her dental assistant, Kathy, has been with us for years and she is just a delightful person!

Dr. Hejazifar is so comforting and confident. She fit me into her busy schedule within a few days, and she gave me a solid plan forward with dental corrections. I look forward to being a patient of hers as I feel I am in great hands with Fusion Dental.

Everyone is so nice and friendly, even at 7 on the morning. I went in for regular cleaning and checkup, but got extra care and attention for a minor issue I brought up.

Was okay but the dentist decided to find every single problem in my mouth, slap me with a possible 8,000 dollar total if i went through with it, and told me i would need braces and teeth pulled for absolutely no reason. Went back to my regular dentist and they told me none of this. They just want your money, don't waste your time.
