Dr. Fullerton monitors your progress at each and every visit. He believes in placing each and every bracket. He also personally reviews all diagnostic data to formalize the best treatment options for you or your children.
We follow the guidelines established by the American Dental Association and the Centers for Disease Control. We routinely monitor our sterilization equipment to assure all our sterilization procedures are current.
We want to treat your child in the most efficient way possible, at the optimal age for their particular problem and in the least amount of time. We are happy to monitor your child on a 6 to 12 month basis and communicate with you so that the appropriate and best time to start treatment can be determined for your child.

Dr. Leslie H. 'Bubba' Fullerton grew up in Kingwood, Texas, where he was a member of the drum section of the marching band. He graduated from Kingwood High school in 1989 where he kept busy by attaining the rank of Eagle Scout and was chosen to become a member of the Order of the Arrow. While pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at Baylor University, he was a member of the Baylor Chamber of Commerce and the assistant bear trainer for the Baylor bear mascot, Reid. In 1998, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Dental Branch.
After graduation, Dr. Fullerton was commissioned as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy and served four years in Okinawa, Japan. During his first year in Okinawa, he completed an advanced education program in general dentistry. The following three years, he was attached to 3D Dental Battalion, a supporting element for III Marine Expeditionary Force. While in this battalion, he was deployed with Landing Force CARAT for four months to perform humanitarian missions in the Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia. Dr. Fullerton was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy in 2002 and entered into private practice in the Houston area.
Dr. Fullerton then returned to the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Dental Branch where he was appointed as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Diagnostic Sciences. He then joined the Department of Orthodontics and received a Certificate in Orthodontics and a Master of Science in Dentistry degree in Orthodontics.
Dr. Fullerton is a progressive and experienced orthodontist who keeps informed on current developments and the newest techniques in his specialty in Orthodontics by attending many hours of continuing education every year. He uses technology whenever possible to raise the standard of care for his patients while at the same time making treatment a pleasant experience.
Dr. Fullerton resides in Conroe with his wife, Nicola, and energetic children, Julianne and Joshua. In 2012, he and his wife started the adventure of homeschooling. (And it is an adventure!) They are members of West Conroe Baptist Church. Dr. Fullerton participates in the Woodlands Men's Bible Study Fellowship group, an awesome international Bible study. He also enjoys scuba diving, hiking and attempting to keep up with his kids!
My name is Mary - I have been Dr. Fullertons treatment coordinator since 2009, although I have been in dentistry for 29 years. I am so blessed to be a part of helping our patients to make the decision to journey toward a beautiful smile. I live by the lake and enjoy outdoor activities. I have a grown son and three awesome grandchildren. I attend the Light Community Fellowship where I serve in the Kids Light program. I look forward to helping you start your journey to a healthy, happy smile!
I really enjoy getting to know all of the patients and have fun exciting them about our parties and contests. I coordinate fun activities for our office and sustain our positive outreach to the community. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my very active husband and visiting our daughter, who recently moved to College Station to attend Texas A&M University. Whoop!
It still amazes me how God can take your plans and turn them completely around. I began my career working with attorneys. Then, in 1997, I began the orthodontic treatment I had desperately needed for years. Having straight teeth changed my life. Working in this atmosphere for the past 20 years has been more rewarding than I could have dreamed as we see each patient walk in and be transformed to a smiling, confident individual. I love to see that big smile on a patients face on the day they get their braces off! Wow! When Im not working, Im usually playing hide-and-seek with my two darling grandchildren, or traveling to see something new. You never know what youre going to find!
I started working with Dr. Fullerton in 2012 at the age of 15 working as the sterilization tech. When I turned 18 I became a dental assistant. However, when I married my best friend, Devin, we moved to his small home town in Vidor, TX. When we decided to move back to Conroe I loved Dr. Fullerton so much before, his office was the first and only place I looked at. I love the Christian atmosphere and positive environment. Meeting new patients and watching their personality grow throughout treatment is my absolute favorite.
I have been in orthodontics since 2005. I truly enjoy being a part of transforming patients smiles and watching their confidence grow throughout the process. When I am not working, you can find me spending time with my husband and two kids, Slone and Hayes.
I recently transitioned from flying the friendly skies with United Airlines to working with these wonderful people. I love seeing the patients transformations and I hope to add a little bit of sunshine to every beautiful smile walking through the doors. When Im not working I enjoy playing with my two puppies, Remi and Rowdy at the lake.
I have such a passion for people. Working at Fullerton Orthodontics has genuinely been a blessing from the Lord. The best part about working here is getting to know our sweet patients. I love sharing their journey alongside them and watch as their smile transforms into something beautiful. Outside of work, I enjoy life with my sweet husband, Matt. When Im not working, I love spending time with my handsome husband, hunting, fishing, competing in BBQ cook-offs, and whatever else we can get into!
Ive been an orthodontics assistant since May 2016. I enjoy being a part of our patient's journey getting to know them, watching them grow, and seeing their smiles transform so wonderfully. When I am not working, I really enjoy spending time with my two amazing sons. We love to watch movies at home, even though its a battle between Disney and Marvel movies!
