I CANNOT say enough wonderful things about Dr. Miyamoto and his staff of professionals. He has a very calming presence, and his staff are super helpful and friendly. My mom was my ride, and unfortunately we had to bring my toddler with us due to childcare. The staff gave him a teddybear, and as I type this, he is cuddling with the bear. I HIGHLY recommend this office. The doctor even called me later to check on me!

Dr. Miyamoto is a very kind, knowledgeable oral surgeon! The office staff and tech are also kind and helpful. Office is clean and comfortable, looks small from the outside, but larger once you're inside. I had a poor experience with a different oral surgeon, so Dr. Miyamoto and his team redeemed my thoughts towards oral surgery! Thank you Dr. Miyamoto for explaining everything to me and answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns!

I love the hospitality from the entire staff. Everyone was very welcoming. The place has lots of parking, location is in excellent shape, Everything appears clean and shiny. I could not find a problem with this location. Everything was explained and also watched some short videos to explain procedures. My son will be getting his procedure done at this location.

I came in to see Dr. Miyamoto for the first time today regarding pain I was having around my bottom left molar and subsequent jaw area. I must say, he's one of the most knowledgeable and honest doctors I have had a consultation with. He narrowed in on the issue and didn't try to sell me a procedure I thought I had needed. He asked a lot of good, precise questions of what I was experiencing and I genuinely felt cared for. Staff is very nice and professional. Didn't have to wait very long at all even though there were many patients. Online registration is available before you come in. Recommending to friends and family for sure.

Had all 4 wisdom molars extracted here. I was a little nervous but they made me feel comfortable. Had me smiling right before procedure. When I woke up was all done didn't feel a thing. Pain and swelling lasted about 2 weeks though. Called me to make sure everything was going okay. Great service and staff. Only thing was that they had told me a price then it was more then expected. Might of been an insurance thing. Overall it was great. I strongly recommend it. Thank you again.

I had to get two different molars extracted by Dr. Miyamoto. One was actually hidden in my gums behind my upper wisdom tooth (a freak extra tooth!) and was a challenging extraction but I was kept comfortable and safe the whole time (anesthesia on board), and recovery was smooth afterwards. The second one was just today, 13 years later - my wisdom tooth in the same area needed to be removed due to a small infection. Again anesthesia was on board and Dr. Miyamoto himself placed the IV with such minimal discomfort to me! I essentially fell asleep, woke up and it was all done. Pain and swelling are minimal 7 hrs after the surgery (following all the post-op care instructions), I've eaten a full dinner of enchiladas and feel such relief in the area. I thought I was going to be sipping soup and laid out in pain but am amazed I've been able to go about my day quite well a few hours out from the procedure. Also! My mom had extensive gum issues and went to see Dr. Miyamoto to basically get an entire new set of teeth. She was so pleased with the whole process and she looks and feels great. Dr. Miyamoto is incredibly kind, patient, thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. His staff are clearly pros at what they do. They know how to prep the patient both emotionally, mentally and physically, and they are both attentive and efficient. The office is sparkling clean and feels very safe. Technology is top notch. Fullerton Oral Surgery absolutely deserves their 5-star ratings. Highest quality all around and I couldn't be more grateful or impressed.

I had bad anxiety and my blood pressure went up just thinking about having to get my broken tooth extracted. Dr. Miyamoto and his staff are amazing. From the first visit - the gal that explained the procedure (I was too nervous to remember her name) was so understanding and answered all questions and assured me that there was nothing to worry about. And how right she was. From the time I was checked in and in the chair for the oral surgery, until Ronnie safely delivered me to my husband waiting in the car - everything went great. No swelling and Very Minimal pain the 1st day but by the 2nd day no pain. All that anxiety was for nothing.

Dr. Miyamoto and his staff are excellent! If you are in need of having wisdom teeth extracted, I would highly recommend him. Both my kids had their wisdom teeth removed at his office at least 4 years apart and both experiences were great! Their one memory from surgery was how kind the nurses were during the procedure. The healing also went awesome for both. Minimal swelling and pain. Getting them out before they erupt from the skin and the stem cell treatment Dr Miyamoto uses I believe lends itself to the ease of recovery. Well and of course following their recovery instructions. Both my kids were eating normally, feeling good and healing well within a week. So happy we chose Dr. Miyamoto who came highly recommended from our dentist Dr. Hong! We are grateful to him and his staff!

They were causing me some discomfort, so they did what they could to get me in for a consultation quickly; I got a referral from my dentist on Monday, my consultation was that Thursday, and my surgery was the next day on Friday! He took his time, and explained everything well. He was very kind, and very thorough. The nurses and assistants were very nice, and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Miyamoto even called on Friday evening after I was home to make sure I was recovering well. I am so pleased with the whole experience! Thank you so much for everything!

I am so grateful for Dr. Miyamoto and his staff! My mother in law started having wisdom tooth pain a few days ago. She went to her dentist and was planning to have it extracted but the provider there was afraid to proceed because she has a history of taking Fosamax in the past. She was told to see a specialist. Dr. Miyamoto is an oral surgeon and takes care of these complex cases all the time. His staff was wonderful and made us at ease immediately. Because my MIL was having pain he went out of his way to accommodate her outside of his usual hours. His office is beautiful and he has very updated equipment. The x-rays were awesome, as the technology he uses did not make her gag like previous ones. He explained the procedure and took time to answer any questions during the consultation, then began the procedure. She did not have any pain even though the tooth was infected and she elected not to have any sedation even though he offered it to her. She said that his hands were very skillful. He was able to use her own stem cells from a simple blood draw in the office to quicken the healing process and decrease her risk of having complications (osteonecrosis) from the previous use of Fosamax meds. I did not even know such a procedure existed. After the procedure both he and his staff gave us the instructions. We are so happy with the care! Will be recommending to everyone and will definitely come back if needed in the future. This was truly a great experience!
