I've gone to this place years. As of few mths ago I was done. Dr Lim made the appointment for 930 and I go there door was locked. I called she said she doesn't see patients till 10. She said come back in 5mins so I went back and she had a long conversation w a gentleman and had another patient in the back she made me wait in lobby I got up and left. Definitely a DO NOT go to this place. Waste of your time. She does not have assistance to help her as well. I needed a cavity that needed to be filled in she should have took me in back numbed me waited on other patient

Tried calling to set appointment because I'm having very bad tooth pain, woman who answered was very rude and unprofessional. She told me I would have to come in around the hours she felt like working which I wasn't before 11am. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

Such a disgusting person working the phones to get scheduling! I had a dental emergency and before I could even explain the situation she said "no" and started going off on me. Rude and disgusting.

Don't even call this place for an appointment! Completely rude and uncalled for comments from the receptionist. She said to call back because the scheduling person was not available. I said no problem I would call back then she continued to ask me about what was needed. She originally said they didn't have availability until September and I said that's fine and then when I mentioned it would most likely be an extraction she said her surgeon was booked til February. I said I couldn't wait that long and her exact words were "much better" in a very nasty tone. As if she wanted me to not even get scheduled for an appointment. What kind of practice does not want patients... this one! Instead called Rockville Family Dental after being told off even though it's a bit far and they were so kind and helpful!!!

The ratings this kind Dentist was given is ridiculous...Dr Lim is an awesome soul. She helped my mom when she had a large abcess on a tooth that had half of her face swollen. She thought about my mom's life. A infection like that can spread to your brain and kill you. Its hard to find a dentist with a heart like hers. Most of them are money hungry but she was all about my mom's well being. She checked on us the next day with concerns about why our prescriptions wasn't picked up in a timely fashion. I've never experienced the realness and compassion the Dr has. If a complete stranger is helped in this way I have a hard time believing the care from this office is nothing but all about the care of the patients. Thanks you again

I was given their number from another dentist office on harford road and "the owner" answered the phone cursing me out because I asked if they took walk ins , she was very unprofessional and disrespectful! She shouldn't own a business!!!! RUDE

1 wisdom tooth top left removed by Dr Kitt,Dr Lim Assisted Him. I was so afraid I would be in pain fortunately I had a wonderful Experience,I didn't need to any medication and everything healed with no problem even down to the swelling+sensitivity THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE

I know Dr.Lim can be mean at times but Dr.Lim is an honest and a great dentist. If you are in pain she will stay late just to help you. She does her job thoroughly. If you just want a fancy Dentist then no that is not her. But if you want to have a Professional Dentist who knows what she is doing then yes come to Dr.Lim. I've been seeing her for at least 15 years.

Dr Lim was great! She recommended that my son had all four wisdom teeth removed. Initially I was hesitant, but I am glad it was done. Two months later he had tooth pain, she diagnosed it correctly. He had an abscess from another tooth. She ordered antibiotics and referred him to Dr Lee in Owen's Mills. He agreed that it was abscess and needed a urgent root canal. He is now pain free. Thanks Dr Lim. We don't mind the drive for the excellent care.

The dentist / owner here is very unprofessional! She disconnected the call on me three times. My fiance is a fairly new patient, had been here once and started to have major complications! I reached out during business hours posted on google and the dentist got upset saying she isn't American and she can't just come in office to assist with what we think is an emergency. I requested some options on what to do , advised her of the complications he was having and advised that he is being treated under her care and she should be able to provide something to assist. Very unprofessional and rude. She hung up and told me to have him double down on amoxicillin. I asked her to put that in writing because it doesn't seem practical, professional or safe to suggest such a demand without seeing the actual patient. Listen to the reviews!! We chose this location because of the how close it was to our home however I was warned by the reviews on google and still decided to proceed. Bad choice!!!!

Best experience ever. No other location had time and they were able to fit me in. Receptionist was friendly professional and accommodating. The extraction was effortless and I was beyond scared! I felt absolutely nothing. Would highly recommend. Thank you for your services.

If I could give zero stars I would, they are unprofessional always rude and do not want to do there Job not to mention the equipment she uses is outdated I will be contacting the Baltimore county health department

I just got off the phone with this dentist office and can see why they got so many poor reviews! The lady who answered the phone was very unprofessional and RUDE. If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Working in the dental field I expect somewhat decent customer service when calling another office. Everyone has bad days but according to the previous reviews I shouldn't have expected more. The front desk receptionist is so rude and demeaning whom I believe is Dr. Lim. I have never spoken with an office this rude. Stay away.

Dr.Lim is such a sweetheart she tell you like it is.The lobby area needs a good cleaning exam rooms & bathroom was clean.Dr.Kit did an amazing job with getting my wisdom teeth out !!This place was a lifesaver!!

I wouldn't go here. I called and the receptionist was on the phone yelling about my insurance. She didn't even let me explain what my problem was. Then once i told her she started talking about how people don't do their job and why would i trust someone to take care of me. The. She went on to ask did i have my X-rays and started to question why i didn't. She didn't even let me schedule an appointment. Just off of her customer service alone i wouldn't recommend this place
