Our family was vacationing in Hancock, MI and needed to see an orthodontist. Office staff were very warm, welcoming and got us in and out of the chair in quick time. A big thank you for the fast and wonderful service.

The staff at Dr. Fulk's is the most kind and professional people I have ever met. I am glad I was able to get my braces done here and have no hesitation giving recommendations to this wonderful place.

They gave me the teeth & the retainer of my dreams! :) Even though I am done with braces & have my retainers, they still check on me monthly or bi-monthly, at appts - to make sure all is well & staying in place! I really pushed wanting braces in the beginning & that is when I realized this is like the most honest office, ever. **Short story warning:** They did tell me, honestly, that I didn't need braces & could have gotten away with an alternate route, such as a straightening retainer. I did try that & was happy when I saw results, but my dream was always the braces. Eventually, they did agree to brace me up! :) I was so happy. I appreciated this very much because I understood what they were saying, but I wanted perfect teeth like us women do, sometimes. Lol. It was nice that they were honest, though, & I'll never forget that. Even after I was done with the braces & treatment, they still treated me the same when I came in & like an ongoing case. Those are the best kinds of places! I see kids in these appts, frequently, & their results are fantastic. I always wished I could have had braces as a kid & if you have a child who you think needs braces, don't hesitate. It's life changing for kids not to be embarassed about their smile & they do such a good job. They also really make braces more within reach for families. I LOVE the fact that they have a Hancock office, because although they would have been so worth the travel, I know it would have been hard for me to travel from Calumet to Kingsford, monthly. Sometimes I have to go straight to an appt from work & that would have been impossible, otherwise. (I would have had to take those days off, for travel, instead) It's awesome that they recognized the need up here & if you need them & their services, you won't regret it!
