In October of 2008, Dr. Fulks opened Fulks Family Dentistry with 1 employee and 1 patient. So much has changed since then. Future plans for Fulks Family Dentistry include breaking ground on a new office building before the end of the year. The practice has outgrown its current space. A larger, newer office is being constructed to better care for existing patients and allowing the practice to continue to grow.

I chose dental hygiene because I come from a family of educators and I love educating my patients on the importance of their oral health. I feel so lucky to be a part of this amazing dental team who acts as my second family. In my free time you can find me out on long walks by the river or bogging in the lake.

My name is Brianna. I became a dental assistant in 2018 and work chairside with Dr. Fulks. I have lived in the Benton area all my life. I absolutely love the natural state! In my free time I enjoy being with my family on the lake swimming and fishing. I also enjoy hunting, camping, and hiking. I am the oldest of two sisters, and we love to get together for a good movie night!

My name is Stephanie. I am Dr. Covingtons dental assistant. I have been a registered dental assistant since 1996. I am originally from Malvern which is where I met my husband, Keith. We were married in 1991 and have two children, Joseph and Jacey. They are both grown, married, and each have children of their own. Keith and I are thrilled to be grandparents. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and taking care of my grandbabies. Keith and I also love going to concerts.

My husband and I live in Hot Spring County with our horses. I am a lover of people, animals, Razorback football, and anything that sparkles! Outside of work, I enjoy riding horses and atvs, shopping, sports, anything outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
