Outstanding practice -from the doctors to the hygienist. I'm had an implant, perio grafting and bi-annual cleanings @ Dr. Fugazzotto's practice. The hygienist, Michelle, spotted a potential issue that ultimately allowed me to save the tooth (with follow-up endo treatment).

Paul is a warm person and by all account a good teacher, BUT I have to say every dentist I've been to is in disbelief that I had periodontal surgery, including his own students. I'm very skeptical about any other procedures that goes beyond cleaning. PTSD

He is a very kind dentist, but his office staff wants you to pay prior to any dental work being done. It's a little crazy. But otherwise he seemed like a good dentist. Just needs a more professional billing department.

Professionalism, above and beyond! I was very nervous about my dental situation. Dr. Rost and the team, responded to all my concerns, guided me to the best solutions, follow up multiple times just to make sure everything it's under control( in person, text, emails, full customer service bumper to bumper). Price perspective, very fair with multiple options, full disclosure. Overall very happy, my smile is back!

I visited Dr. Fugazzotto when I thought all hope was lost for my teeth. He was able to put a plan together and make me feel at ease. Unfortunately I wasn't able to follow through due to cost.

Dr Fugazzotto made me feel so comfortable and calm when I did my 2 tooth implants and extractions. My last time there was before Covid, but credit should be served where credit is proven. I was recommended to him by a local dentist and so glad to have met Paul. He distracted my nervousness by humming and detailing what he was doing all along the procedures. 15-20 min oral surgeries are the norm for him but a nervous experience for others. Overall a great dentist; grateful to meet people who love what they do.

All the staff extremely friendly except one that made the whole visit awful Rita needs friendly training like the rest of the staff. I encounter 4 people before Rita extra nice friendly happy, Rita very short n snippy for no reason and unfortunately she's the last person you have to see before leaving. You know it's bad when you can be seen mean behind a mask. It's Friday Relax Rita. I'm thinking I might need to ask my dentist for another referral. Who wants to be given an attitude after getting treatment .

Dr. Fugazzotto did a procedure on my daughter a couple years ago. When she arrived for her appointment she was told that they had not received the approval from her insurance yet. They then told her that she had to pay in full that day and that they would submit the claim again. She tried to re-schedule and was told they would charge her a penalty fee to do so. She has been fighting Dr. Fugazzotto's office as well as the insurance company for 2 years now to try and get reimbursed with no luck. The reason the insurance won't cover it is because Dr. Fugazzotto did not follow the correct procedure and take before and after x-rays. To top it all off, the procedure did not work and she needs to have it done again. Buyer beware!

I have worked with Dr. Fugazotto for about a decade now. I had 3 dental implants done at his office back around 2009. The staff was/is extremely knowledgeable and Dr. Fugazotto is a real master of his craft. He checked in frequently during the procedure to make sure I was OK and moved at a pace that was both quick, but made me feel at ease and well taken care of. I have since been back for a couple of gum grafts to keep the implant healthy. As these things go, I did have a couple of hiccups with infections to the gum grafts (but not until years later) and he has always been extremely responsive at getting me into the office and getting everything back in order. 10 years later I have the same teeth and my gums are healthy and happy. Thank you!

I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!!!! Was told I had to pay up front (or would get charged an absurd cancellation fee), but not to worry it wouldn't be an issue they would talk to insurance ... they never responded to my insurance companies requests and 2 years later I'm still fighting and lost $2k. Every time I call it's "oh well call you back" or "that person doesn't work here anymore". Dishonest, scammers, and just not genuine in any way. I work in customer service and understand things can take some work, but not one person on their end has put in any work. Do not go here.

I was referred to Dr Rost by my dentist after falling and breaking my front tooth. She was short of amazing! My first impression was "boy what a busy office" but I waited only a few minutes before Dr Rost could see me. I was told that I did needed an implant after the X-rays and an appointment was scheduled for the following week. All went well, and I would highly recommend Dr Rost if you are in need of a periodontist.
