I previously had work done by the mom and daughter owners and unfortunately it was not any good experiences. The work was shotty and I was constantly returning for the work to be redone. Since Dr Shane came in, the work has improved tremendously. They know me by name and are always pleasant. I am very thankful for the change in ownership.

I have been a patient for years now. Very good place to get dental work done. I am thrilled to welcome the new dentist Shane Wingler to Lexington. One of my long time friends referred me to him that lives in North Wilkesboro where he used to practice. I made an appointment with him today while I was at the open house.

I had scheduled a small extraction through Dr Wingler. I must say I was quite impressed with the professionalism of the staff, including Dr. Wingler himself. They consistently were making sure I was okay throughout the procedure and helped ease the anxiety. Very clean work environment as well.

I WAS a patient with Dr. Sarah Frye for 20+ yrs. Last time I was there her daughter did a root canal that I was very anxious about and refused to listen to my fears. She and the assistant pressured me into doing the procedure even though I didn't want to and it was miserable the whole time not to mention my tooth still isn't right. I won't be back and it will be a long time if I'm ever able to sit in a dentist chair again. I have never met Dr. Wingler

Dr Wringler was fantastic, a kind and friendly dentist! Very gentle and patient when it came to the pain of a sore tooth needing a filling. Also very kind dental assistant Bre who was just as caring and patient. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. -TB

I think it's wrong for someone that cannot come back due that they didn't have a phone access or any way to get in contact with the doctor to either reschedule appointment I think that is totally wrong I think that I'm giving them a half a star

Everyone, and I do mean everyone, has just been the very essence of courtesy, service, and knowledge. Very grateful I have found the outstanding group and look forward to a long and satisfying relationship for both of us! Thanks to all of you!!

Sara Frye completely botched my root canal. I had to go to a specialist to repair the damage she did to my tooth. I noticed alot of similar complaints in her older reviews, then I noticed her more recent "good" reviews mostly had only 1 or 2 reviews on their profiles. So, people who never review anything else in their lives just so happen to create a profile with the sole purpose of telling you how their dentist visit went? And they haven't felt the need to review anything before then or since, good or bad? Sure..... In response to your reply: My poor tooth remembers exactly when it was. Especially the multiple visits where she tried to "fix" it by grinding it down.

I think it's a shame when you go to a Dentist to get work done to a certain tooth that will help with your smile, And is the request that you make! But the Dentist works on other teeth and doesn't address the one that you came for! What that does is triples the money they pull from you, knowing most people don't have that kind of money! NOT HAPPY WITH it! And nobody wants to hear a Dentist while sitting in their chair, bragging about spending their money on Horses!! Guess we the people are paying for Horses! After we just got Game out of our hard earned Money!
