Love this location, been going for years. Very fast service and nice people working. I had Invisalign and it worked absolutely great. Overall a good ortho if you are looking to fix yours or your children's teeth!!

12/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an orthodontist! I moved out here to Kansas, and I had already started my braces treatment back home, a few states away. Fry Ortho was GLAD to accommodate me and resume my treatment from where I was at the other ortho, which was SO CONVENIENT!! I've never had a bad experience at Fry, even at other offices that I had to go to! They are all consistent with the empathy and respect they show their clients. Always smiling, even through the masks! The office was always clean! Anytime I had questions, they were more than happy to help and give me the information I needed! They are WELL WORTH the investment for your orthodontic needs!! Awesome practice!

Waited onw freaking week for my "emergency APPOINTMENT" Just for them to give me a retainer that didn't fix I even told them they didn't care then hours later the part I had fixed broke yet again. Worst experience ever, will never be going back to that fry, never had a complaint yet but waiting a week for idiots to guess and not even do they're job is ridiculous. 0 stars

I will take this review down, but oh I did I called back imeaditly to complain after asking them to fix it in person. Nothing was fixed or taken care of the attention to detail sucked then I called back they couldn't get me in that day told me I would have to wait yet again. But it gets worse the call center I talked to had the store call me and they still gave 0 cares made me even mader. The Leavenworth location I will not be returning to ever...........

I've had a few bad experiences until I finally got someone who was kind, informative and easy with my mouth! Narissa at the Fry Orthodontics in Leavenworth is spectacular and definitely someone you want to request!

I just recently got my braces off at the Leavenworth branch and I am very pleased with the way my teeth turned out. The staff was really nice and the place was very clean. Great place, would highly recommend.
