Horrendous... they're main office is rude, they are disorganized, they don't know what's going on. I have paid over $3,000 and I've never been able to get my services. They get their money and are done with you, don't trust them.

i had to switch orthodontist and they were better than the first one i had significantly they predicted i would be finished with my treatment by 7 months and they did and they're staff are very kind!

I don't normally leave reviews, but I had to after my experience with Dr. Becker! It was my most comfortable experience getting impressions, and she answered all of my questions. She was professional yet personable, and my new retainer fits perfectly! 10/10 from me. Thank you Dr. Becker!

Such a great experience from beginning to end! Everyone from the front desk staff to my orthodontist Mary Becker made this process seamless! I've already started referring all my friends here and I'm sure my children won't be far behind me! Yay for straight teeth and great customer service

This place is great! Everyone is so friendly and understanding. Very clean and every appointment was super quick. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a straight smile in a small amount of time. My teeth were horrible and it only took me a year and a half to get them all straightened out. Love this place and im so happy i went here instead of anywhere else.

Dr. Becker personally called me to assist with getting my son a replacement/alternative to something I ordered. I love the professionalism, willingness to help, and above and beyond service Fry provides. We've worked with them in another location for braces... same exceptional service!! I can't thank them enough!
