I grew up in Calais,Maine. Having graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1973 with a degree in Pharmacy, I then attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine inBoston,and graduated in 1976 with a DMD degree. Following graduation, Ielected to doaone yeargeneral practice residencyat Boston City Hospital.

My philosophy formy dental practice is to provide every patient with a complete, comprehensive diagnosis of their dental needs. This may require the assistance of one of the many excellent dental specialists in the area. I believe when each individual has a complete understanding of their dental needs, they can then make the choice that best suits their circumstances.As a member of the Casco Bay Study Club whose philosophy, like mine, is that through an interdisciplinary approach to diagnosis and treatment, the patient can receive the most comprehensive and complete treatment possible.

I still find dentistry today as enjoyable and fascinating as I did over 30 years ago, when we first opened our office in Cumberland. I attend almost 100 hours of continuing dental education a year to stay up to date with the information and procedures that are currently available to the dental practitioner.

I grew up in Cumberland, Maine and graduated from Greely High School in 2006. I went on to receive my B.S. degree in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of New Hampshire. In 2010, I moved to Boston where I worked in the Department of Neuroscience at Tufts Medical School, during which time I co-authored an article published in theEuropean Journal of Neuroscience. Two years later, I began my dental education at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree in 2016. After graduation, I completed a 1-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the VA hospital in Providence, Rhode Island.

I moved back to Cumberland in 2017 with my wife Laura. I currently practice dentistry in both the public health and private practice settings, while Laura teaches 4th grade at Yarmouth Elementary School. We enjoy hiking, camping, fishing, traveling and spending time with family.

It is exciting for me to be back in Cumberland, as well as an honor and privilege to serve the communities where I grew up. I enjoy keeping up to date with the current trends and developments in dentistry. My treatment recommendations are tailored to each individual patient and their goals. Im compassionate and take pride in creating a comfortable and relaxed environment while providing the highest quality of care for my patients.

Hi. My name is Barbara Frost (yes, we're married :) ) and I am theOffice Manager and insurance specialist of the practice. I graduatedfrom the University of Rhode Island with a degree in medicaltechnology.

My name is Sandy and I am the Clinical Coordinator. I have worked with Dr. Frost for over 30 years. I work at the front desk, in the lab and assist Dr. Frost. In my free time, I enjoy exploring our state with my husband, spending time with family and gardening.

My name is Christina. I have been a dental assistant for over 15 years. I joined Dr. Frosts office in 2012 and am enjoying all of his wonderful patients. I live with my husband and three children, who keep me very busy!

I worked here years ago as Dr. Michael Frost's dental assistant, before going on to hygiene school. After graduating from Westbrook Collage and practicing dental hygiene for over 20 years, I am thrilled to have returned as a dental hygienist with the family I had started with. When I am not seeing patients, I love spending time with my children and grandchildren and relaxing with my husband at our camp.

I joined Dr. Frosts office in February 2017 after moving to Cumberland from Brooklyn, NY. I received my Dental Nursing Diploma in London, UK where I worked in the dental field for over 10 years. In my free time I enjoy hiking, bicycling, kayaking and swimming.

Originally from Aroostook County, I earned my Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene from Westbrook College in 1993. After practicing dental hygiene for 25 years in Rockport, Maine, my family, including our two beloved cats, moved to Cumberand in 2019. My husband and I are very busy keeping up with our two active teenage daughters. You will find us most weekends traveling to a swim meet or to a soccer game. During my free time, I enjoy walking, reading and spending time with our large extended families.
