Good luck having to come here on a day when they actually show up. Does anyone even work the front desk / phones? 11am and no one is here door is locked.

After speaking with my dentist, I can change my rating to 4. Very caring, I've been very happy with the work I've had done. Sometime the wait is quite long if they are running behind, but otherwise happy with this office.

I made an appointment for a cleaning and if possible to fix my chipped tooth. The person on the phone was not welcoming at all and forgot the appointment time she gave me and told me to come earlier than my time. I get there and 4 people have the same appointment with only one doctor available. I came early as told and nobody at the front desk to give me my paperwork. I waited a full hour past my scheduled appointment time for them to say they didn't even have Time to do the cleaning after they were an hour late. Unprofessional and I will never go there again. I would suggest finding a place that doesn't overbook your get money.

DO NOT GO HERE! Save yourself the time, money, effort, and frustration. The office is disgusting with what looks like food splashed on the walls. The receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional, she doesn't answer the phone because she is typically IN the actual office itself. Much of their paperwork is handwritten and photocopied, one form (record release form) was literally written in colored marker. They don't answer the phone, return calls, or respond to emails.Their voicemail is typically full because they apparently only empty it every X number of weeks while still not returning the voicemails that they empty. Myself, my insurance provider, and the dental office that I'm now having to go to this Friday, bc Frontline wasn't able to provide basic dental services, have all been calling them for 2 weeks with no answer or call back, and up until yesterday (Monday) none of us have been able to leave a voicemail as their machine has been full since the day after my appointment. I've driven there to request my records in person and nobody has been there during regular business hours. Please, do not put yourself through this, go somewhere else!

I have tried to call them multiple times and no one answers the phone. I had to call for 2 weeks even after leaving messages in able to speak with someone. Finally I got in touch with the front desk, who confirmed they would be sending my dental records to my new dental clinic. 3 weeks later and they still aren't sent. Again, no one answers when I call.

I choose Frontline Dental because of the positive reviews I saw online, and I was not disappointed. Dr. Juean was professional and kind. After the x-rays and cleaning, he took the time to talk with me about next steps in my dental care and explain each part. I would highly recommend! (Note: I went in mid-December 2020. All staff followed Covid-19 precautions, making me feel very safe and at ease.)

NO. I would recommend pulling your tooth out with a rusty wrench over going to this dentist. I came In for an emergency appointment because I knew I needed a root canal and crown but couldn't afford it at the time and a piece of my tooth actually fell out. I saw Dr. Juean and he said not only could the tooth be saved but that he could do the procedure himself for about $1,900 and gave me a breakdown of pricing and possible payment plan options. I still couldn't afford it but months later my insurance coverage changed so I booked an appointment with frontline excited to be rid of the pain. They were still booked out pretty far but finding a place that takes state insurance is a nightmare. Finally the day of my appointment an HOUR before the office called and said he wanted to refer me to an endodontist. At this point it had been MONTHS and he could have and any time told me he didn't want to do it. So I talked to him personally and he said he WOULD do it but it would just take a long time. I came in for my appointment and tried to get more information as to why he didn't want to do it, I later found out from someone at the front desk that it was because the office was closing the next day and they didn't book enough time for the procedure. So I ended up leaving that appointment to try to get on with someone else because he made it clear he would rather send me somewhere else. I obviously couldn't get in anywhere in a short period of time so reluctantly called frontline and said I would come in to have it done because he told me he would if I couldn't go anywhere else. Because it was HIS fault I was last mintier scrambling to find somewhere else. He initially said six was the earliest he could see me but had his office call me three times to change the appointment to earlier. Finally they asked if I could be there asap at 2 pm. I rushed there only to wait until 6:20 pm. No one came to update me or apologize. When he did come out he made a joke and when I was frustrated he had the audacity to blame ME for the situation. He then explained he needed to LEAVE for a half hour but would still do it. Long story short he had some random dentist friend of his come in And do it for him that didn't even work there. This guy was a godsend. He clearly knew far more then anyone there including Dr.Juean. He was asking for tools that the dental assistant didn't even know what they WERE, other things they just flat out didn't have for him. Thank god this random stranger finished, when I asked him about where he worked so I could come to his office he explained he didn't even do this kind of work anymore and specializes in dental prosthetics. WHAT. Dr. Juean blamed his offices incompetence on his staff being away on maternity leave, he also blamed leaving on going to an ultrasound for his wife. I was six months pregnant and I'm not sure if he thought those excuses made his behavior less deplorable?! His behavior was inexcusable and he tried to make ME feel like the problem. I have multiple friends in the dental industry that were shocked about what happened. If he was even slightly apologetic and honest it may have been a different story. I can't tell if he really is that delusional that he didn't realize how terrible they were treating me or that he just didn't want to admit it. Do not go here.
