I have nothing but the highest praise for 'Dr. K and Dr. Ann' at Frontier Dental. The particular bone structure in my mouth caused my previous denture and partial to crack, and teeth to pop off prematurely. I joke with Dr. K about his 5 degrees in prosthodontics, but that is why I chose him to handle my situation.
Dr. K realized a metal reinforcement was needed, rather than just acrylic plastic. This was not covered by my insurance, but I was happy to pay it knowing my 'new teeth' would be almost unbreakable. He knew a three-filling tooth was too weak to be an anchor tooth, so he had an oral surgeon remove it. Also, from his expertise in dealing with lower partials (which are easier to dislodge by the tongue), he knew to add little bumps to the teeth for the clamps to slip over, and he ground a little indent in the top of the two outside teeth, so the metal could seat in them. These were the little touches needed for a perfect fit. And indeed they were and are a perfect fit -- my upper denture and lower partial.
At first the gum tissue over the jaw bone was painfully sore, which is to be expected. But over the course of three visits, two weeks apart, he carefully and gingerly 'polished' down the partial 's bedding material to remove impact points. Now I am pain free when I insert the teeth, and chew on nuts, carrots, and other crunchies.
Throughout the meticulous process of measuring and remeasuring and fine-tuning the casts for the teeth, I was kept totally apprised by Dr. Ann of the fee for each item and what the insurance would or would not pay.
Lastly, but most importantly, I must say that I actually looked forward to each visit, because I knew there would be much laughter and geniality. Dr. K is a cut-up -- once he is done with his serious business of creating a perfect fit. And Dr. Ann (office manager) is extra friendly and welcoming, waving hello with both hands, delighted to see me, and I'm sure everybody else. She goes out of her way to be sure communication is convenient, whether it be by email, text or phone. There is no waiting over the weekend to get in touch with them.
I do not hesitate to recommend Frontier Dental to anyone. People without dental insurance, however, will have to check their finances, and try to arrange a payment plan, or bank loan!! Excellence is not cheap.

I'm very satisfied with the service provided by Dr K, Dr Ann, Dr Horan and staff. My teeth have been softening over the last 40+ years from oral inhalation medications. After numerous root canals and broken teeth I finally said enough! After checking out other places, I found Frontier Dental and scheduled a consultation. Dr K answered all of my questions and laid it all out in detail. He couldn't do what I wanted and explained why (another place said sure but it would cost more money). The overall procedure took time (and I'm glad it did). I don't have "cookie cutter" teeth and the coloring matches my complexion I did my research and I'm extremely happy I found Dr K and his staff. Thank you for taking care of me and my needs.

Frontier Dental is an excellent place. Great dentist, surgeon, hygienist and receptionist. I was afraid but they are all so pleasant. I figured can't be any worse than what I've been through medically and I had trust in them because surgeon took time to make sure I was good to go with all the chemo infusions and immunotherapy I had. I recommend Frontier Dental. I give them 5 stars.

I feel so blessed to have found this amazing group of doctors. I really can't say enough positive feedback for these doctors. Absolute impeccable attention, compassion and patience. I was so nervous, Dr. Sanjay and Dr. Anna were literally holding both of my hands during my procedure. Dr. Horan, you are fantastic at what you do. All of you should be so proud of how you treat your patients. Compassionate, professional and just so kind. I would give you guys 1000 star review if I could!!!! Simply the BEST!!!!

The Staff and work done at Frontier Dental is first class. I always feel welcome and am treated with respect. The office has a great atmosphere that makes going to the dentist feel comfortable. I would recommend Frontier Dental to anyone for any reason. Even during COVID they have done a magnificent job of making the patient feel safe.

Upon my arrival and being greeted by Dr. Lesondra (who manages the office and assists Dr. K), I knew my visits would be dealt with professionally and personally. Dr. K took the time to listen to my concerns and treat me with respect. My case was complicated and not the easiest. (I won't bore you with the details) However, Dr. K's informative, calm, and caring approach helped me understand the necessity of what needed to be done. Bottom line, I now have a partial denture that fits comfortably, functions as expected, and am not disappointed. Frontier Dental has my highest recommendations. After all, Dr. Karunagaran is a master of his craft.
