Very caring staff and Doctor!! Eased my fears and explained everything to me. I highly recommend this Dentist office!!

Overall gross feeling going here, the doctor has a bad habit of sounding very rude with her voice inflections. Maybe her parents didn't teach her basic manners growing up but I would never talk to someone that way.

They have a good hygienist but the dentist has no personality and spent minimal time with me at each visit. i would ask questions about her exam findings and she would give a minimal response with zero guidance. The last straw: today i called for an appointment and was told "i had too many no-shows" which is untrue--I always called to reschedule if I had a conflict. Last time I had to do this, was at the start of A GLOBAL PANDEMIC, of course I cancelled... And until this morning nobody had told me I was "in trouble"!! Bad customer service and I didn't love the dentist anyway.... The hygienist is good but I'll take my business elsewhere.

I just got back from my second tooth extraction from this wonderful office. Great receptionist and not long of a wait to get in. Immediately made me feel comfortable from the get go. I am happy I got my favorite chair in the building: In front of a window that has a view of a tree with a hummingbird feeder! It happened to be blooming today so as they were working I got to zone out and watch butterflies! The dental assistant is by far the sweetest gal you'll meet and made me feel less nervous and happy to be there. Her and the dentist were a great team (rinsed when necessary, made sure I was completely numb, and quick/professionally got my work done+ they are super cute :)) l will definitely start taking care of my teeth better and will be heading in there regularly now that my minor fear of dentists has been relieved. 10/10. -Shane Foster

My Vist was great. I have been looking for a honest Dentist and good hygienist. And now I have after been told by another Dentist that I had 6 cavities and paid for 3 fillings and only had 2 done...

After being a patient for 15+ years , having one issue with time management on their part they released me as a patient. Before that I have never had an issue and when Victoria called to release me as a patient she stated they couldn't accommodate my needs anymore. I am seriously at a loss of what the issue was except I had a 3:45 PM appointment and by 4:10 PM I couldn't wait anymore. Very disappointed with how the relationship ended and will not recommend them to anyone anymore and will be in search of another dentist. Seriously floored. My time is valuable just as much as their time is so maybe don't over book if you can't keep appointment times withing 5-10 minutes.

Had new dentures made and I'm completely sarisfied. It took a little longer than i expected but they do an exact process. The results are well worth the time.

No option for zero stars! I was treated like trash because I am on medicaid! Waited 2 hours to be discriminated and treated like I didnt belong. And for them to tell me to come back because they had cash paying patients! I am a hard working women who has gone through a rough financial situation with a special needs child and husband struggling with ptsd from afganistan. I will NOT go back and certaily dont reccomend to anyone on achhhs or medicaid! Worst experience ever...

They are a small practice and I really love going here. The staff is really nice and remember my name and the things going on in my family which helps to add a personal touch. Dr. Jodie is the best! She is very nice and educates me on my dental health. She doesn't treat me like my questions are a nuisance and gives me direct answers. This practice is awesome and I'm happy to take my entire family here.
