Everyone is here is so nice and welcoming. The dentists are very kind and thorough with their explanations. The staff was members were all super friendly and reassuring. I am less stressed about my next appointments there after my visit. they always have someone to translate from spanish and portuguese.

Absolutely wreched place! Dr Bederman canceled my appointment via a nasty text because apparently he needed verbal confirmation that I and my family would be coming. However, I was in a place where I couldn't get reception and as a result I didn't realize that they had called. When I was finally able to get in touch with them that afternoon to confirm my appointment it was canceled and replaced with someone else. I would never cancel last minute because I have respect for people's time and business! I have been coming here for years and I was appalled that he would do this. I had stopped coming here for about a year because they tried to bill me erroneously. However, I received a call indicating that the billing error was their fault and my account would be $0. So I gave them another chance...so very disappointed in this place. Patients be aware

1952 Hempstead Turnpike- Just had a bridge installed! My dentist is Wenting "Wendy " Lin. She has a "MAGIC TOUCH"! She walked me through all my options and explained them to me. She did an excellent job and I recommend her highly! This is a nice clean colorful office with a very friendly staff.!

My family and I moved to Long Island in 1993 and this it the only Dentist we have ever gone to. Beside GREAT work and wonders staff!!! It's amazing how they seen my kids from babies to adults. Watch them grow and hear about there accomplishments in life!!! Love you guys!!! Thank you for all 26 years I'll be in today

This was my first time at this establishment and I must say I am disappointed in the service I received today. My appointment was scheduled for 7:15 pm. When I arrived, I was instructed to fill out the necessary paperwork for a first time visitor. When I returned the filled forms, the receptionist asked me if I had my insurance card and was unsure if I was covered, and would need my social security number to verify. I handed her my insurance card (did not provide ss#) and she called the number on the card. The insurance representative confirmed that I was covered (which I already knew because I called my insurance company as most people do before making an appointment so that you're not stuck with astronomical out of network fees). I feel that this was very unprofessional, the verification should have been done before I arrived. Strike one. When the receptionist hung up, she explained my coverage to me and asked exactly what I was there for and that I may need to schedule another appointment to get anything more that a cleaning done. She went to the back and when she came back she informed me that the doctor wouldn't be able to even do a cleaning, only to look at my teeth to do an evaluation. Strike two. In my opinion, this establishment is unprofessional and unorganized and I am not only disappointed, but also upset that I wasted my time there. -Unhappy camper

I've been coming to this dentist for quite a few years. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. It's a very clean office. The doctors Ive seen all take the time to listen and help come up with the best solution. The women at the front desk are super nice as well!

Dr. Bederman, you are great! I miss Dr. Lee but all the dentists there are great and so are the techs/dental assistants. Love love love this place.

I've been going here for the past 20 years and the staff is great. My favorite Doctor is Doctor Pane, she is very thorough but gentle at the same time. Give them a try if they are local to you!
