When you require a teeth device from your dentist, they take impressions of your teeth and send them to a laboratory to have them manufactured. We are affiliated with both the dentists and the laboratories and work with both of them to provide you with custom teeth devices from home. My mouthpiece is not tight enough to keep teeth in place ..I've emailed them and haven't received a response ..waste of money

Not happy with them. Need a better way to contact them. Why give a number if you can only email them.

I am very pleased with my retainer and the customer service that I received while dealing with this company! The website explained the process very well and helped me make my decision to shop online for this device. The customer service and communication is excellent as I was kept "in the loop" throughout the entire process. The company sends many emails along the way so that you know exactly where your order is in the process. They also send back your teeth impressions so that you can use them again to order another teeth device, saving both time and money. I will definitely reorder from them in the future!

They sent me a USED mouth guard. (They also sent me someone else's). I kindly returned the other persons AND mine, as it had been sent to someone else who had opened it, etc. They were extremely difficult with the whole process, only partially returned my money, charging almost 40% of the cost for the 'impressions kit'. I would understand that (it's in the agreement) if I was returning for my own reasons, but I was returning because they sent me one that was USED. Gross. Can't talk to a real person. Horrible customer service. CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY.
