Dr. Alkholeidi is a proud Friendswood resident. He holds a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley. In his last semester at Berkeley he was in the Deans Honor List which acknowledges the academic achievement of Berkeleys college of Letters and Science top 4% students.
Dr. Alkholeidi earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University Of Maryland School Of Dentistry, the worlds first Dental College. While in University of Maryland he earned honors being elected to the Ferdinand J.S. Gorgas Odontological Honor Society that represents the top one third of the class and the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society that recognizes outstanding academic performance in fixed prosthodontics, removable prosthodontics, and operative dentistry.
Besides being an Honors student, Dr. Alkholeidi also received many awards including Edgar j. Jaques Memorial Award recognizing the senior most proficient in Oral Surgery, the Academy of Operative Dentistry Award recognizing excellence and outstanding achievement in operative dentistry and the Delta Dental Student Leadership Award to show appreciation for those who have contributed to the community-at-large, even while focused on their studies and practical experience in Dental school.
Dr. Alkholeidi has a strong passion and an unwavering commitment for dentistry and is currently pursuing the Fellowship Award given by the Academy of General Dentistry. Only 6% of general dentists have been given the Fellowship Award. It recognizes dentists that are committed to exceptional patient care through their commitment to continuing education and continually being able to offer their patients cutting edge knowledge and treatment.
Dr. Khan is a proud Friendswood resident. He received his Bachelors degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Maryland. Dr. Khan earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University Of Maryland School Of Dentistry, and graduated in the top 10% of the class. Dr. Khan then completed 3 year orthodontic training from Stony Brook University and also received a Masters degree in Oral Biology with concentration in bone biology. Besides being an Honors student, Dr. Khan has extensive research experience, he successfully led several projects and produced several peer-reviewed publications. Dr. Khan also received many awards during his residency including AAO research aid award and his research was selected for Charley Schultz award. Dr. Khan is an active member of American Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association and Southwest Society of Orthodontists.
Mohamed is a proud resident of Friendswood. He finished his dental hygiene training from New York City College of Technology. He has been working in the dental field for over ten years. With his extensive dental and public health experience, you will find that he is compassionate, able to put his patients at ease and ensures a positive dental experience. Mohamed loves his career as a dental hygienist and considers all of his patients as family. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his family and two kids.

Found this amazing office when I was in a pinch and chipped a tooth. They got me in right away and discovered an infected tooth that I had no idea I had, that needed treatment asap. Mix in the fact that they set up a treatment plan for issues I've been trying to have addressed for years at other offices, and I have definitely found the place for me and my family :-)

I heard about Friendswood Smiles thru my dental hygienist. My case is complicated, I have a lot of bone loss on my upper right jaw & bleeding gums due to bad molars. Dr. Alkholeide is great, he explained my case & recommended the best treatment for me. The staff is great & of course Mohammed my dental hygienist is the best in maintaining & keeping my gums & teeth healthy.

So far only halfway through my treatment plan, hands down, these guys and gals are Rockstars. They will work with you on treatment plans and help you finance if needed. They use modern technology and excellent anesthetics that really make the experience as painless as it should be. Having been tortured by others with antiquated medicine and technologies, I am more than please to have people that care for you as much as you do.

My husband and I are both excited to have found Friendswood Smiles. From the receptionist to the dentist, everyone here is friendly and personable. We each had a different dentist, and we were happy with both of them. The hygienists were also great!

I have taken all three of my teenagers to Dr.A's for 4 years now. I happen to call on a Saturday late in the afternoon my son had a terrible toothache the dentist called me back and personally told me to bring him in and he would take care of it he couldn't stand for him to be in pain all weekend. I found that to be over and above anything I have ever found in any dentist. I continue to use your services he's a wonderful *Denist with a beautiful wife and exceptional staff especially the girls upfront !! My youngest daughter has extreme anxiety and he made her feel very comfortable she was actually looking forward to her next visit. This guy is personable and makes you feel like family our family is very thankful to have him as our Family dentist! Thank you FRIENDSWOOD SMILES!!!
