Everyone is super friendly. The wait time can get VERY frustrating. It seems they're always behind schedule. The time it takes to get a crown made is ridiculous.

Worst dental experience of my life. Went in for root canal only few months later tooth is now in severe pain need to go to endodontist. Save your money and stay away

This used to be a wondeful clinic but their staff, from the receptionist to the providers was terrible. Miscommunication between staff and office personnel. Less than 10 minute cleaning was done by the doctor, and not a hygienist, which is why I made an appointment in the first place. and was done within 10 minutes. No flossing either. Not coming back here and I suggest anyone reading this to do the same.

I wanna start of by saying I've been to other dentist before to get quotes, but I never felt comfortable to proceed and have any work done. I was extremely scared to have to get some teeth pulled. Thanks to Jiana for suggesting Dr Tajdin , because I had what I could think was the best experience while getting difficult, infected teeth pulled. She was asking me every step of the way if I was okay, if I needed anything, super charismatic and professional. Will definitely be visiting back for my future work due to the most painless experience I could have had by Dr Tajdin. Thank you guys!

They did not want to accept my transferred xray that my previous dentist took back in 2020. Xrays are good for 2-3 years if you do not have any dental issues, which I don't. The vibes is off from this office. I canceled my appointment and I would not recommend my friends or family to come here.

I have lived in this area my entire life and have been to several different dentist offices. I finally landed here a few years back. It is the best dentist's office I have ever been to. The waiting area is immaculate and comfortable, and the rooms are clean and well kept. The staff is very professional and with a get bedside manner. The appointment setting is straightforward with a phone call to the friendly and professional receptionist. Then walk into the inviting waiting room and sit in the comfortable lounge. Go back and get worked on by the most experienced staff you could ask for. Leave with an award-winning smile. Thank you, Friendswood Family, for your hard work and dedication!

Fantastic folks here, Dr. Smith, Dr. Yun, Dr. Z are all great. We have family that drives from out of town to go here. The assistants and hygienists are great with our kids, this means you, Ashley, Sierra, and Martin

Soooooooo glad I found this place. At 56 years of age and multiple dentist's over the years, I've finally landed a good outfit. Kind, gentle, patient, and professional at affordable prices. Crystal, my hygienist is the best! I no longer cringe at the thought of my routine cleanings. I'm adding this at a later date. I managed to drag my husband in with a painful tooth. They treated him immediately and eased his fear of dental work. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Yun. Another great visit on 11/30/21. Love these folks! Edit: 6/1/22 another fast and pain free cleaning from Ashleigh!

Highly recommend! Friendly staff. Dr. Smith is the best, he's been working with me on my teeth alignment with invisalign. Everything that I've asked for he has done. I'm happy with my results!

A good friend of mine recently visited you and I can say confidently your service was horrible. I would rate a zero star if I could but unfortunately the lowest I can give is a one. I'm unsure why your other ratings are good but my friend's experience with Friendswood Family Dental was not a good one, she was conscious the entire time without having any numbing on her. I had also heard that a staff member was incredibly rude to her as well, good riddance! I planned on making an appointment here but after hearing about how horrible the customer service is, I'd much rather visit another office! The reviews here are deceiving, thank god I dodged a bullet on this one.

I am so happy to have found this dentist, my daughter referred me.The whole staff is so very welcoming, they offer A-Z treatments. Dr. Yu is also, she makes you feel at ease & comfortable thru the whole process. I have chronic health issues. I am on a walker & oxygen, their office really is mindful of this & helps every step of the way. I know people sometime, say it's hard to find a great dentist. I know I will not ever have to say those words again. Friendswood family dental is my dental place for life!

Everyone was very polite. Me and my fiancee went there the day before our wedding because I was having a terrible toothache. I didn't have insurance and they actually gave us a wedding discount on a tooth extraction . Such sweet people. I would highly recommend them for any of your dental needs.

I usually don't post reviews but my experience at this practice had to be recognized! From the time I walked in up until the time I exited was so pleasant. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. I couldn't help but notice how happy and energetic the entire staff was, it was obvious they loved their jobs! I believe the doctor who saw me was Dr Zanayed(?), but he went by Dr Z. He was very patient and easy to talk to, but most of all he listened to my concerns. I ended up getting treatment done that same day! Oh, and to top it off one of the girls even called to check on me later that evening! I will definitely be recommending to my family and friends!

I am scared to death of dentist offices and my gums super sensitive to pain. I had the best experience of my life! Ashley did an excellent job cleaning teeth and very kind when I could feel sensitivity. Dr Z was very knowledgeable and caring. The whole staff was amazing.

Dr. Smith and the entire staff are absolutely FIVE STAR people. Dr. Smith is a gentle artist while transforming his patients' smiles. The entire staff is kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. I am not a fan of going to the dentist and might not ever be BUT I trust Dr. Smith and his staff implicitly and am now living proof of the quality care and exceptional dentistry practiced at Friendswood Family Dental!
