Thought I had found a good dentist. I was told my insurance will cover a large amount of the work. The treatment plan was on the last appointment. I received a phone call from the front desk saying I still owed an amount. The front desk gave me a card with a different amount and my on line balance was another amount. The best part, I receive another phone call just before my final treatment and I told I owe for the entire treatment, my insurance is not covering it. So I have not returned.

Dr. Silva Is a great dentist. My first visit they were able to do some fillings which is awesome! I have seen him twice. Very professional, takes his time, does everything right. However the third visit I had seen Dr. Omar who was very unprofessional. He was joking around with the assistant the whole time and not paying attention to what he was doing. Never properly numbed me completely, improperly did two fillings, didn't seal them at all. left them very sharp and jagged, skipped steps. Super uncool :( Overall had a horrible experience with Dr. Omar. But the rest of my experience with the rest of the staff I love. Thank you so much

I love my personal dentist and all the staff but the doctor that owns the company is bad bad bad! First thing he did is hurt me by jabbing the needle in to numb me too fast!!!! It really hurt. I have never been handled so roughly by a dentist in my life!!! Then he conned me into getting work done that my insurance doesn't cover, but he assured me that my insurance covers it and I paid a $1500 co-pay only to find out that my insurance really didn't cover the work. Now he's billing me for another $3000. If we can't trust our medical provider then who can we trust???? I'm appealing but I shouldn't be going thru this stress. When my dentist says I have a co- pay I trust that they got a pre approval which didn't happen!!!!!!!

I was really happy with my new Dental Hygienist. She listened to my concerns about one of the tools that hurts when they clean my teeth. She did a great job on cleaning my teeth and was nice to talk too.

I had an excellent experience with Ms. Yuki doing my cleaning on the right side of my mouth. She was very careful & thorough into making me feel comfortable with my cleaning .

Getting too big. Can't see my preferred dentist. Stuck with new people in his growing staff. Liked them better when just a small office. Too much focus on being big and not the patient.

Your dentist didn't have the best tools to completely clean out the root canals in tooth#5. Should have had titanium needle and a root canal power drill that other dentists use on single root teeth. It took close to 2 hrs. to complete a root canal procedure. That's too long! The dentist had a very good chair side manner and kept me well informed about what was going on.

The dentist was not very empathetic and made me feel badly for not being able to afford implants. Very dismissive and seemed impatient. It was actually a very upsetting experience. The front desk folks were very nice however. Being a medical patient my options are limited but I am hoping for a different dentist when I return.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY unfriendly lady they have answering phone! Dentist is ok but girl at the front NO. If you dont like your job quit. 3 family members have recieved service from them and we will not return. I wouldnt recommend anyone at all.

I am new in town and the office staff and the Dentist was very welcoming and started right away developing a plan to improve my overall Dental health. I am very happy I was able to find them.

It was too hard to judge overall. I went for a teeth cleaning. The dental hygienist was gentle which is important to me. My teeth felt genuinely clean. I past my tongue around my teeth, it all felt smooth. The dental office is not one for bells and whistles but I feel I will get whatever I need done in the future. Felt it is a common sense type of place and is not going to try to sell you on things you do not need.

I have bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist, and I have been to the dentist many, many times. I once had a whopping 11 cavities at once when I was little (yay, childhood neglect). I share this because as much as I've spent all this time in dentist offices, I haven't found a good dentist since I moved to California from NJ, until now. Dr. Omar Abdel-Rahim is wonderful, clear in his communication, and gentle. I'm so grateful to have found a dentist I'm comfortable with for procedures that can be difficult for me. He took his time shaping my fills, made sure I didn't feel any unnecessary pain, and recommended some care instructions for my teeth that have helped me reduce some sensitivity. The new location is a bit difficult to find, but once you find it, it's very nice. I have some sensory issues and the office is quiet (no music, I love that!), calm, well-lit, and clean. The receptionists are kind and have never rushed me. Their forms I've received are clear and straightforward (unlike Western Dental nightmares), and COVID protocols were followed appropriately (masks worn with new masks available for patients, hand sanitizer, some space between seating, and temperature tests before you go into the treatment room.) Thank you for the quality service and care. I thought I would never find a great dentist after NJs Mark Schlenoff retired, but I did! I am a very pleased customer, and will return........ when I need to. :)

Great office! I didn't have to wait long for my new patient exam and everyone who took care of me (assistant on x-rays, dentist and assistant and hygienist for cleaning) were all very nice and good at their jobs.
