Horrible experience doctor is an animal who just wants money ripping out teeth like a savage!! Do not waste your time here!

Rude secretaries and bad service are two things that Friendly Smiles should be known for. Save yourself a favor and don't go to this dentistry. Me and my sister had an appointment for cleaning yesterday and we came around 10 minutes late. My mother came with us to our appointment. Even though we came 10 minutes late they made my mother fill out paperwork and they processed us and made us get an exam and x-rays and one of the workers said I was going to get my teeth cleaned the same day, maybe around 10 minutes after my exam and x-rays were done a rude secretary came and told me that my appointment got cancelled. I asked her why and she said because I and my sister came in 10 minutes late. Why did they even accept us if they knew that they were going to boot us out and why didn't they tell us before we were starting to go through the process is beyond me. They probably just wanted some insurance money. Just don't go to this dentistry, there are many other dentists to choose from. The way that one of the secretaries was talking to me and my mother was extremely rude.

Beware if you have Braces because when they were taking photos of my teeth one of my braces broke of without me noticing after a few minutes when they started cleaning my Teeth the other dentist said one of my braces broke and I said how and she said "it was already broken" but the brace wasn't Connected to no wire if it was broken it would have been in my mouth and the lady who broke my braces I think her name was Ivan or something like that they tried to play it off like it was my fault also they have no mercy on your teeth I was scared if they were going to break Another brace and if any of you guys are reading this and work there you owe my 70$ for my broken Brace

Its true. They are not careful. They did crack 3 other of my teeth. Just pulling a 1 tooth out. They did fix them with some tooth fill up look alike. Im more sensative in those teeth when drinking water. If you got cash, go somewhere else.

I thought they were great, friendly , my granddaughter was happy with them, got her in when ever I called , I like them here and I will also go here.

Its true. They are not careful. They did crack 3 other of my teeth. Just pulling a 1 tooth out. They did fix them with some tooth fill up look alike. Im more sensative in those teeth when drinking water. If you got cash, go somewhere else.

I came here for a root canal right before leaving for school. I recently visited a different dental office in Berkeley and found out that my root canal was done wrong which led to an infection and there was a crack in the crown that was put in because it was made incorrectly. I had to get another root canal done at a specialist because this dentist office didn't know what they were doing and still took me on as a patient. Would not recommend.
