Dr. Connor Love knew he wanted to be a dentist when he discovered the problem solving nature of the profession. He enjoys the opportunity to positively impact the lives of his patients through the dental work he performs. Youve made me feel comfortable is a compliment he receives a lot from his patients, which he believes is a product of being honest and considerate. Dr. Love enjoys working with the Friendly Smiles team because of the dynamic atmosphere and the opportunity to work with each doctor on the team.

Dr. Zachary Carter, a Tampa native, decided to become a dentist during his junior year of high school. He was spending a lot of time shadowing with his own dentist and fell in love with the amount of patient interaction dentistry provided. Dr. Carter is very passionate about educating patients on the link between oral health and systemic health. He is confident that within the next 10 years people will have a better understanding that when they visit the dentist, it is not just for their teeth, but to improve their overall health.
When he is not at work, Dr. Carter loves to be at the gym. He says it is his time to de-stress and do something physical. He is also a huge sports fan and loves to support all his Tampa teams, as well as his undergrad, the University of Florida.

Words cannot express how much I appreciate the work done by Dr. Love and his assistant! I am terrified of the dentist however they both have been patient, gentle, comforting and kind. Wonderful work. Thank you for saving my teeth and health! Cheers

I have been going there since it opened! I love the entire staff! I had Ashley for the past year and I want no one else to clean my teeth... She is super professional, sweet and fun to chat with! I would recommend her all day long! GO SEE ASHLEY!

My dental care here has made my life seem like a sparkly adventure! And Amanda has saved me more money than Geico! I find the staff to be super-friendly, competent and caring from the front desk right up to Dr. Smiley. I am more than satisfied being a patient in this office.

Please find somewhere else to go. This dentist office is the most unprepared and unprofessional office I have ever visited. They tried getting extra money from myself and my insurance company during the pandemic & when I called to understand why they where sending me a bill they hung up on me twice and finally Amanda answers and proceeds to tell me that she remembered me and that I needed to "calm down or she would release the call" I never used any foul language however I was upset from getting a unnecessary bill. They felt they needed extra X-rays & where beyond persistent trying to charge me for a deep cleaning which I declined 4 times during the visit. The hygienist proceeds to provided the worse cleaning I've ever received. Although they can get you in quick and the office the beautiful the staff and quality of work is awful. Please be aware. They shouldn't have built an office they couldn't afford and it seems like they are over charging and unreasonably trying it over up sell their patients to make up for it. I highly regret giving them any business & Amanda knows her staff & herself where the ones who where rude. She should be ashamed of herself.

Outstanding family services for more than a decade. Kudos to RDH Karina on yesterday's deep clean/polish. I left with an "as good as it gets feeling" about the procedure. Staff always pleasant, patient, and supportive. Thanks to all there!

I have been with Friendly Smiles dentistry for over 20yrs and have visited all locations. During that time I have transitioned between 3 dentists. Currently I am with Dr. Peter W. Worth, DMD at the Odessa location and I could not be happier! Dr. Peter W. Worth, DMD is knowledgeable of updated procedures and best practices. He is a perfectionist that truly cares about the work he does! The staff is AWESOME!!! I wish I wrote down everyone's name. The lady who works the front desk is a Total Sweetheart!! She always greets me with a big smile

As a new patient and someone who dreads going to the dentist, I went here for my initial exam and cleaning and had the best experience! Dr. Smiley and all of the staff were excellent and made me feel super comfortable. X-rays were easy, and I received a good overview of the restorative work that I need to have done and why. The hygienist was thorough and she made my comfort a priority. I am happy to have found a dental home that I can trust and highly recommend this place to others!

Friendly smiles or Friendly SCAM....If I could give the ODESSA, location zero stars I would. I have been a patient of Friendly Smiles for 5 years. I transferred to the Odessa location 2 1/2 years ago and that was the worst decision. This office has over charged me on two different occasions. They are unethical and the staff lacks any sort of customer service skills. In late March, I was overcharged $98 for a service my insurance covered. When I called to ask about the charge, they said they could not refund me so they opted to put a credit on my account... Today, JUNE 23rd, I had an appointment for a cleaning, but the hygienist recommended that I reschedule the appointment because she did not have enough time to do my cleaning. (This appointment was scheduled two months ago, but was rescheduled due to Covid.) When I went to check out/reschedule my appointment, I asked the manager about my credit. She stated that," I now have a $6.00 credit". When I asked what I was being charged for, she stated Deep Cleaning, Polish and a Varnish. HOWEVER, I NEVER recieved ANY of those services. The hygienist told the manager that she only probed the problem areas and recommended that I reschedule the appointment. Instead of manager apologizing for her incompetence, and/or charging my $20 copay she stated that she could not tell me how much I owed. They were closing, so I ended up leaving without knowing how much I would be charged. The visit was a complete waste of time, all because they did not schedule my visit appropriately. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

I was really nervous about making an appointment to get some work done. The team here is supper friendly and great about making you feel relaxed and comfortable through the entire process. They explained every procedure in detail so you completely understand. I would highly recommend this place.

Friendly Smiles Odessa Office is great. I have had dental work done at the Gunn Hwy location and the Waters location, all are very good but the staff at the Odessa Office stands out the best. I recently cracked a tooth and needed to see my dentist, Dr Diana Johnson and she was working at the Odessa office that day. The staff was very courteous, helpful and understanding of my situation. There are three people that make this location excel First and foremost is Tarek or T ( I hopepelling is correct), he is Dr Johnson's Dental Assistant. T is the best of all the Dental Assistants in the Friendly Smiles locations. He pays attention to detail, tells you things to expect and prepare you for during the dental procedure. Of course Dr Johnson is one of the best identistsi n Tampa. She is very caring and compassionate about her patients that she does not cause them any undue pain while in her dental chair. Last of all Miss Caron who handles the financial end of the office,was very empathetic and tried her best to get the best solution to my dental program and get it paid by dental insurance provider and out of pocket expenses. She got me qualified for financing with no more out of pocket expense. I felt the whole staff had my best interst at heart. I would recommend this location to everyone, especially if you are in need of immediate dental care.
