We bring our 3 year old daughter here and she loves them. They are very good with children even if it isn't a 'pediatric dentistry' clinic. I am also seen here and have had no bad experience.

I absolutely love this dentist office. Before I came here I searched and searched and went to many other Dentists and I can tell you right now that this is the best one that you can ever find. Dr. Barnwell and his staff are so nice and they hear you out and they will be truthful with you and tell you exactly what you need. I'm absolutely blessed to have them.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE coming here, my husband does too. Dr. Barnwell is THE BEST Dentist we've EVERRRRR HAD!! His bedside manner is like NO OTHER!! He is so laid back, gives his honest opinion on treatment plans, very humble, takes Great pride in his work and gives Outstanding patient care. The staff from the beginning to the end of our appointments have been Nothing but awesomenes. Everyone is so friendly, smiling, and very helpful/Professional. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Barnwell and his staff to others. We Love u all, keep up the GOOD WORK!!

Friendly Dental Group in Rock hill is the best dentist in the world! I'm not saying this just to say it but because the experience is immaculate. When I first went there I wasn't sure what was going to happen ( as in this being the right dentist) but they made me feel welcomed and like I was at home... Dr. Barnwell and his team are the best! The whole office is amazing and I love them so much! I have been going here for 3 years and my family also loves them. I give them a 1000/1000 GO TUNE IN!

Momma of 5 kids here. They happily schedule them all in one day and my children loooove them all at the Rock Hill office. You walk in and are instantly greated. Huge plus. We love you friendly dental. Love the sluggish mom of 5.

Greedy and negligent practice. Refused to treat cavity because the upgraded fancy cleaning that insurance doesn't cover is not currently in the budget. Refused to do standard cleaning and filling despite both of those being completely covered by insurance. They had NO problem requiring and billing to have Xrays done in house despite having them from another practice. My insurance only covers that every other year. As a fellow healthcare provider, negative stars. It's definitely not health first, it's money first!
